Nope.

But you are already pretty far behind on proving your statements.

they ruled in favor of the Convict & felons so they could break the law and dont skip out the background of the case which is about law abiding citizens vs non law abiding citizens with the SCOTUS(liberals) ruling in the favor of the non law abiding citizens.

Haynes v. United States

Background of the case

The National Firearms Act of 1934 required the registration of certain types of firearms. Miles Edward Haynes was a convicted felon who was charged with failing to register a firearm under the Act. Haynes argued that, because he was a convicted felon and thus prohibited from owning a firearm, requiring him to register was essentially requiring him to make an open admission to the government that he was in violation of the law, which was thus a violation of his right not to incriminate himself.

it is in Modern Liberal thinking that is at issue right now in New York state because in 1968 if Miles Edward Haynes was a not convicted felon who was charged with failing to register a firearm under the National Firearms Act of 1934 Act and then I could see the ruling as pretaining to Fifth Amendment but it was not dealing with a law abiding citizen but that same Argument is being used in the lawsuit against New York states Gun bun on assault weapons since it is pretaining to law abiding citizens in New York state which the way the modern liberals in New York wrote the law, it self incriminates law abiding citzens if they dont & fail to Register their guns since the new york law requires law abidding gun owners to register most of their guns with the state and requires universal background checks, among other provisions which under the SCOTUS Haynes vs United States its unconstitutional to force law abiding citizens to register their guns since its ok for a convicts and convicted Felons not to be required to register because they can claim it infringes on their 5th amendment rights.

Lawsuit targets New York's post-Sandy Hook gun law

The suit, filed on Tuesday in state Supreme Court in Erie County, is apparently the first to challenge the crackdown on firearms championed by Governor Andrew Cuomo.

Attorney James Tresmond, who is representing the gun owners, asked state Supreme Court Justice Diane Devlin to enjoin the law pending the state's response.

The law was passed on January 15, making New York the first state to enact tougher gun regulations after a gunman shot dead 20 students and six staff members last month at the Sandy Hook school in Newtown, Connecticut.

The law bans assault weapons and magazines that hold more than seven rounds of ammunition, requires gun owners to register most guns with the state and requires universal background checks, among other provisions.

The law also authorizes law enforcement to confiscate guns owned by a mentally ill person, if a mental health professional believes the person poses a threat to himself or others.

Dufus, you still haven't answered the question. All it takes is to name a source of money.

Where will the money come from to pay for Obama's government?

You are pretty far behind on answering some questions.

Where was Obama during the 7-hour battle between Al Qaeda and the stripped-down American embassy security detatchment when orders came from the White House to stand down AC-130 and Force Recon Marine units prepositioned specifically to respond to an attack on our embassy in Libya while the White House watched Al Qaeda kill them on the real-time video?

And;

Where will the money come from to pay for Obama's government?
