I was wondering why they did not refer to this.
When they need more time and I wonder if there pursuing the strategy in Illinois, Illinois followed the same strategy for 10 15 years and it did not work, you 80 billion in debt, few jobs. And Illinois talked for opposing party, but their strategy or outlook has not worked too well, always trying raise taxes soak us , never have enough.
