They try to portray themselves as accepting of others yet resort to insulting others based of sexual preference.

They try to portray themselves as reasonable yet refuse to see the principles that are vital to our founding.

They claim to be for free speech yet try to shout down and silence anyone who does not agree with them.
Bingo! Ironic isn't it?

The first step is to hit the delete button on your brainwashed liberal mind. Once you reboot, you won't think making fun of paranoid schizophrenics or projecting their disorder onto conservatives that understand and appreciate their rights, is funny.
Funny how liberals that are so against stereotyping, seem to be the ones stereotyping. I guess whether its right or wrong depends on who's doing it.

I desire to keep gun sales away from criminal elements or those that stand a legitimate danger to themselves or others.
We could allow the NRA to set up the registration and background check databases if it makes you feel better.
Criminals can't buy guns at the gun store.

BIG SHOCK : There are already laws on the books to prevent that.

I see. Every thing you want to see foisted upon the law abiding is an infringement. You just do not have the guts to admit it. Or was there some other reason you did not answer the question?
As usual, you possess the inability to see over the edge of the toilet as you sit in the bowl of it.

Why would you consider my desire not to get into a pissing contest with you over infringement when SCOTUS has pretty much accepted ALMOST everything I would do.

The one thing SCOTUS has not accepted would be the broad expansion in the types of weapons and ammunition I would allow individual owners without special license or permit.

You basically made a statement earlier I believe that indicated you thought any law was an infringement. You would allow a 10 year old to openly carry in his elementary school.

A 10 year old is a US citizen provided he was born here.
The Constitution applies to US citizens.
Those that wrote the Constitution put an age limit on voting.
By having no age incorporated in the 2nd Ammendment it is obvious that they meant it to apply to all citizens.

Your reasoning, not mine.

Despite your first statement not being true (HINT: They can buy guns at a store illegally) the fact remains that they have a much better chance of buying a gun from an individual owner who would be none the wiser.

If you keep up on the news you will find the system does work.

That is why there are straw purhases.

Now , laws have made straw purchases illigal.

Nothing is full proof but most criminals purchase stolen guns.

You have any proof that most guns used by criminal are stolen as opposed to purchased from a legitimate seller?

You are making the assumption that courts are infallible and lawyers are honest. OJ and Casey Anthony were innocent, yea right.
The Constitution has the wording "shall not be infringed". Not infringed until some feel safe. Not infringed as far as the current political atmosphere will allow. Not infringed to please the hand wringing leftists.
A 10 year old would be subject to his parents trusting him. They also retain the responsibility for his actions.
Pehaps in a state somewhere, but not in most states. We have kids killing kids everyday, how many parents of those kids have been charged with murder?

Further, I am not assuming SCOTUS is infallible; however, I do know that what they say goes until their fallicy is recognized by themselves.

Glad to see you support 10 year olds open carrying to school.

And you should also know the process to challenge a law as unconstitutional is stacked badly against the challenger.
In fact kids have taken guns to school in the past. Read Chuck Yeagers autobiography. I took a hunters safety class in school. We were in the band room and handled rifles there then loaded into the school buses and went out to shoot.
The gun nuts do not want to see parents held accountable for their children. They would rather use the situation to infringe on all gun owners rights. That is exactly what you are doing.
Oh booo hooo hooo.

When I ws in school you took your gun to school and left it in the car/truck so you could hunt after school.

But that was then and this is now.

Go whine on someone elses shoulder if you don't like the way the US operates under the Constitution. You whine and whine about how the 2nd is being abused and then you complain about the way the government operates.
