I could spend all day pointing out tax issues of all polititians curteese. Why can't you go on Obama's accomplishments like the foolish decision to bail out the crooked banksters and to have the taxpayers foot the bill. That alone is bigger than any wrong Romney ever did. What is going on at the federal reserve is criminal and you know it!

I am THE ONE saying the tax code should be abolished and ALL special interest lobbyists BANNED from DC. Obviously you are doing this to me purposely. I could care less for either party, they are all puppets to you know who. Imagine if the Catholic Church had such pull in govt like some others. That would go over real well.

It's a comin curteese. It's a comin.

http://news.yahoo.com/report-36-obama-staffer...

"At least 36 members of President Obama’s executive staff owe back taxes to the federal government, Investor’s Business Daily reported on Thursday.
The Internal Revenue Service revealed that the three dozen Obama staffers owe a total of $833,970 in back taxes from 2010."

so they decry the bush tax cuts, but don't pay their taxes even with those cuts....
let alone be principled and donate their "bush" tax cut to uncle sam...

Nothing to see there of course right Jane? Our govt needs a complete overhaul and the fed must be eliminated entirely or there will be no recovery and the rich will keep getting richer.

The bailout, H.R. 1424, also known as the "Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008" was introduced on March 9, 2007 and signed into law by then President Bush on October 3, 2008. Obama took office on January 20, 2009. Bush and, then Treasury Secretary and former CEO of Goldman Sachs, Henry Paulson were responsible for the program. Democrats are not without blame, that's for sure, Goldman paid them to look the other way.

right. like I said and you denied. So when BEENFITS are involved, its the state of residence correct?
<quoted text>
see the state's determination on the allocation of ITS benefits is what is the primary power over the fed....
this , like medicaid, is why the state's control ELIGIBILITY...
and this is clear in the DOMA decision:
"However, the denial of federal benefits to same-sex couples lawfully married does burden the choice of states like Massachusetts to regulate the rules and incidents of marriage; notably, the Commonwealth stands both to assume new administrative burdens and to lose funding for Medicaid or veterans' cemeteries solely on account of its same-sex marriage laws. These consequences do not violate the Tenth Amendment or Spending Clause, but Congress' effort to put a thumb on the scales and influence a state's decision as to how to shape its own marriage laws does bear on how the justifications are assessed."
this speaks to the paying of benefits, not the rubber stamping of a marriage license!
they analogize MEDICAID for cripses sake...
is that based on the state of birth? the state where the disability happened? or the state of RESIDENCE?
If a state did not recognize gay marriage, they would be forced to work off of the federal gov't benefits package, an outcome the decision clearly repudiates.
As I've already noted, Medicaid is one of the few exceptions where the state of residence may have an effect because it is funded by both state & federal taxes.

The rest- social security, medicare, military pay, VA benefits, etc- are paid by the federal govt, and the states have ZERO control over them.

The DOJ will decide how the various federal agencies will treat married same-sex couples.

Believe me, they don't care. Facts mean nothing to Wondering, perhaps because they lack the mental capacity to absorb them, and feel that only things that reflect their own opinion could be facts.

The funniest part about Wonderbread is that they seem to suffer from the delusion that they are a) intelligent, and b) making a valid argument.

Feel free to continue feeding the troll, but know that they are a troll, they will not listen to reason, they will not offer a factually supported or intelligent rebuttal, and they will return to the same infantile talking points time and time again.

If you find them amusing, have fun. If not, ignore them, it drives them absolutely crazy.

The veins indeed run deep for both sides no doubt about it. Pockets too. Under Clinton The Glass/Steagall act was repealed and Bawney and udders had plenty of fun.

Reading Ron Paul's book "End The Fed" is a must read. Amazingly neither party wishes to end the fed. Indeed I recall my friend Lides vehemently against ending the fed as well. I wonder why? I say that exposes who really does run this country anyway, has been for decades. Uncle Ben print more and making the poor poorer. Just what Lides and regressive liberals want.

I think Pat Caddell may have been talking about Lides here too. Not to mention the local toilet paper passed around Beserkshire county everyday. It's not a crime and it never happened if we don't report it.

It's funny that you offer personal insults rather than a substantive argument. Who do you suppose that say more about? Hint, it isn't me.

Feel free to make an adult argument, if you're capable. I don't think you are.

Why is it that when stating facts about you, you believe they're insults? That wasn't the first time you responded to the wrong person. I picture you as an old and lonely closeted gay with dementia. It's either that or you drink to excess and don't know what you're saying or who you're saying it to. Either way, your folly is hysterical. Keep up the idiocy, I love it.

BTW, if you go back and look at your recent posts in this thread you will see that you do little else other than to offer up insults. Hint, that is you. You can't make this up, you're dumb enough to put your name on your idiocy.

just like the benefits incidental to marriage...

and so you focus on unrelated benefits payed for exclusively by the fed...

that's why its delusional...

you keep thinking marriage will come top down, and that is in direct opposition to what the DOMA cases decided...

So you're saying the spouse and/or children of a servicemember will lose their healthcare benefits, housing, commissary/px privileges, etc, depending on the duty station of their spouse?

Will the spouse of servicemember lose their right to be buried next to their spouse in a military cemetery depending on the state they are living in when they die?

Will the surviving spouse lose their spousal social security benefits they've been receiving if they move from New York to Pennsylvania?

Those are the real world applications of your interpretation.

It's unrealistic and will lead to chaos and lawsuits, especially in the military and among seniors.
