Romney was referring to those who milk the system. Since there are more whites at the feed trough his sentiments were not racial. The system is intended to care for those in real need but it has become a system to harness votes...for democRats. Votes from able bodied people who just do not care and justify their monthly check because in their minds society will never miss it and if the government gave it to them then it's legit. Everyone knows about it and does nothing but thanks to a tape meant to harm the issue is on the kitchen table but not in the spotlight…thanks to democRats and the obama media.
