Perception? It is a fact.

If you want to end it, put all of the stuffy old men in a room and gas them or let them choke to death on their own farts.

We're stuffy because we don't want to keep enabling the moocher-class by handing out free shit?

Obama re-election, there's a correlation between that and the fact we have the highest amount of citizens and illegals on food-stamps in our history.

Talk is cheap - money buys whiskey!

Proof of that will come when the GOP has to actually put into practice what Priebus was talking about when he said, "Decent people can disagree on issues. I don't agree with my wife on 100% of the issues, but it doesn't mean we don't have a good marriage. I think that we have to be a welcoming party. I think that we have to have a party that says,'If you want to support our party and you want to walk through that door, I don't need to agree with you on every single issue.'"

REALLY? So, Mr. Priebus, if your wife said she supported the Roe vs. Wade decision, supported gay marriage rights and a true path to citizenship for undocumented workers, you'd be ok with that chat over the kitchen table, but i'm almost certain you wouldn't want her saying that on Meet The Press!

Sure, you can have a different opinion, but if that opinion is contrary to the party's dogma - you're a voice crying in the wilderness - alienated.

How long does the GOP think that dissenters will remain and support the party if all they are allowed to do is "talk" but not help drive CHANGE?

They, like millions of other voters (as was proven in November) will find a party that both LISTENS and changes with the times (and demographics).

I agree that there are far too many handouts -- it's long overdue time for huge corporations to start paying their fair share of taxes instead of getting away with paying next to nothing and average citizens being expected to carry the tax burden.

So they want to be seen as an inclusive, big-tent party that respects differing opinions? Well, they're off to a great start by disinviting GOProud and Chris Cristie to their CPAC confab.

But maybe they can make next year's conference more popular by handing out AR15's at the door.

And places like Wal-Mart won't pay a living wage, and expect employees to draw from the welfare system to make up the difference. All while the executives give themselves huge bonuses and the Walton family rakes in billions.

No, the GOP has abandoned conservative standards, and continues to do so. Those "stuffy old white guys" sold out. It needs leaders with the balls to stand up for conservative values and to stand up to the puppet masters who bought out the stuff old white guys. The GOP is fooling few people these days. It is time to either thoroughly clean out the GOP or start a brand new party with independent and clear-thinking true conservatives.

The GOP Chairman, Probiscus (or whatever his name is), has stated that their policies are good, but their message needs to change. I wonder how they will message (if that can be a verb) that their policy of disenfranchising black, Latino, elderly, students, and service members of their votes is correct policy. Good trick, if they can pull it off.

If the republican party crumbles; presidential term limits can be discontinued for lack of competition
.
Obama can serve third and forth terms (and more if he wants to)
.
Maybe he can be crowned King
