A judge postponed Pennsylvania 's controversial voter identification requirement on Tuesday, ordering the state not to enforce it in this year's presidential election.

The decision by Commonwealth Court Judge Robert Simpson on the law requiring each voter to show a valid photo ID could be appealed to the state Supreme Court. The law could go into full effect next year, under Simpson’s ruling.

Possible, but unlikely. Voter qualifications are a state issue, therefore the state Supreme Court usually has the final say.

They can try to take it through the federal court, but it's likely not going anywhere.

No cheats were arrested. No charges of any real attempt to cast a false vote.
Isn't it a bit like saying that it's OK to commit a crime if you don't get caught?
And how could you get caught if you the means to detect are eliminated? How many speeders would be caught without a means of measuring a driver's speed? How mnay drunks would be caught if there were no way to measure blood-alcohol content?
There are cases, but you don't seem to be aware of them. here are a couple:

There are many more if you took a little time to look. There'd be even more if it were easier to detect voter fraud.
No, there was no crimes. he poll watchers are bound to report votr crimes, and to call the local police.

FOXLIES and Yahho postings are poor ways rto view reality; but the case you cite was for absentee votes, and does not involve voter IDs. It was a case of politicians, in office, abusing the system; and would have happened just the same with 'manditory voter ID.'

So, please tell me where people are voting illegally?

I already told you.

Just because you don't look for it doesn't mean it's not there.

I have been looking, and see no reports.

You are quoting dust and smoke to defend lies.

Voter caging is the only major vote scam in these times.
If you are truly concerned about voter fraud, call up your state and county and town clerks, and tell them to hang up on Karl Rove.
