To repeat, the Constitution is not specific about appointments made when Congress is on a break. If you can demonstrate otherwise, I will reconsider my position.
"The Constitution is not specific about appointments made when Congress is on a break" THIS IS BS

According to you Obama does no wrong and now its the Constitution that is wrong, or unclear or was it that Obama wanted his way and tried to get this threw without anyone finding it out?

I challenged you to show me where in the Constitution it says that a president cannot make appointments to a panel when Congress is on a break. Since you couldn't, why do I have to put up with more of your pinheaded biased babble?
It seems there is no chance of a reasonable discussion with you. I'll bear that in mind.

If you think I will accept your BS then you are right - there is no chance of a discussion with you. I do research and even when I give you the web sites, you do not like what you see, so you revert to NAME CALLING.

Here is the comment on the courts conclusion and it calls out the reason what Obama done goes against the Constitution.

COPY AND PASTE

And the court's conclusion also put in jeopardy the recess appointment of Richard Cordray to head the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, a move also being challenged in a separate lawsuit.

"Allowing the President to define the scope of his own appointments power would eviscerate the Constitution's separation of powers," said the judges from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. "An interpretation of 'the recess' that permits the President to decide when the Senate is in recess would demolish the checks and balances inherent in the advice-and-consent requirement, giving the President free rein to appoint his desired nominees at any time he pleases, whether that time be a weekend, lunch, or even when the Senate is in session and he is merely displeased with its inaction. This cannot be the law."

This decision was unprecedented. Both parties have made hundreds of recess appointments since 1867. This decision represents a novel interpretation of the Constitution.

Still, I appreciate the lengths you went to in making your case.

No one has a remedy for your condition. You've been carrying that defective DNA all your life. It's no wonder you've had Alzheimers since you were in the fifth grade.
