U.S., Mexico reach tomato deal to avert trade war

The U.S. government and Mexican tomato growers reached a tentative agreement on Saturday that reduces the threat of a costly trade war stemming from a U.S. decision last year to pull out of a 1996 bilateral tomato trade pact.

Which country will grow a tomato with any flavor. Europeans would let most of the produce in our stores rot. No taste, no color and probably no nutrition.

I dont buy Mexican tomatoes. I buy USA or Canada tomatoes. I guess Obummer will do anything to a farmer to get elected. Maybe he should send his layabutts out to help with the growing and harvesting of crops. At least we would get some return for our tax money.
