It wouldn't surprise me - I got the impression that she's gotten a little too big for her britches and maybe forgotten where she came from. She needs to remember it was her fans that got her where she is and her fans can take it away just as face.

I dont understand why people always need pictures and signings, im sure the celebs get tired of it sometimes. But if she did push the woman than thats a little to far.

This is not new. Many in the music and movie industry think that they are something above everyone simply because they entertain. I'm not saying that it is easy but neither is being a police officer, fireman, or teacher. There are very few actors or musicians that I would work my way through a crowd for. Their job is entertaining, something that is nice to have but not a need. You want to impress me, come work with me. I work daily with troubled teens and make a difference in their lives. I break up fights, I listen to the disappointment when they talk about their real family, I work hard to teach them a better way to deal with life than what they have learned. Come work in this field for a while and really make a difference. That would impress me.

Im sure that is not exactly how it happend. I would hope not anyway and Im sure it can be very irritating for people to bother you constantly for an autograph or pic,but thats part of it if your gonna be in the entertainment industry thats what you signed up for if you dont like it then find another profession! there is always gonna be a few crazy fans.

If they don't want the fame, fortune and attention...they need to have regular jobs like the rest of us! They should know by now that autographs and pictures come with the territory. Let her record sales slip, then let's see how she treats what's left of her fans!!!

Obviously she was in the audience, not performing, and wanted to be left alone. I bet she said, "maybe later," to be polite, but didn't count on the persistant fan coming back.

I have no idea who this performer is, but probably she is just having a hard time coping with sucess.

SNIVEL SNIVEL KIDS, This is such second grade junk. Isn't any one else tired of the kindergarten tattle tale game? OH she pushed me and said something that upset me, I should get 2.2 million for pain and mental aguish. I can never listen to country music again. If this happens to you I would suggest walking away and just for get about it instead of hunting for your 5 minutes of fame and a law suite.

The woman was probably being obnoxious and pushing for an autograph and she probably WAS acting like trash and pissed Miranda off. Miranda doesn't take any crap and sounds like she had enough that night. After all she is a country girl and we kick a## when we've had enough! I'd have pushed her too. Go sit down and leave her alone! Just because someone is famous DOES NOT give the rest of us the right to harass them.

OK folks..... too many fans do not know that it is not acceptable to always run up and ask for an autograph or picture of a celebrity. Alcohol doesn't help the matter either - I feel quite sure that the "fans" involved were not as angelic as they are claiming to be. Any person that feels their personal space has been invaded should have the right to let the culprit doing the invading know to back the heck away from them, celebrity or not. There is a line that you should not cross and I feel that Ms. Lambert was being polite when she told the lady "maybe later" - unfortunately the fan didn't want to accept that and probably became an obnoxious jerk. I date a celebrity and it isn't easy when a pushy fan starts trying to get what they want. The fan should have backed off and left the lady alone......

She isn't all that great anyway. I have never been able to listen to her through a complete song and would never pay to see her or listen to her music.

people annoy me, gotta love it when your out having fun and someone has to keep pestering you. Just imagen that dunk guy that "just want's to be friends" while he is drooling and spilling his drink on you.

Please... "she needs to treat her fans better" something else I really, really love is when people tell you how to do your job. How would this lady like it if everyone that came into the Mobil told her how to ring up their beef jerky?

Idiots, use your brain will ya. If these two country stars were in a bar it is doubtful that the bouncers would let fan's keep coming up to them asking for stuff.

And stop freaking asking for stuff, sheesh.

I agree with you. I don't care how it all went down, but to call the police out because someone may have pushed you and cussed you out, what a joke. Tax dollars paid those cops to waste their time going out to a call because someone got their feelings hurt and decided to try and get a second of fame from it. I think someone should straighten out the lady who called the cops.

From what I understand Miranda isn't like that! She's very down home type of young lady & has always been very polite, I'm told. So if something did happen then the fan must have really been kind of tacky herself.
Why did she go back a second time any way? The other person in her party can't take "maybe later" either?
