Why is this in an Australian newspaper? Is it in the STrib? Or the PiPress? Could it be that the local papers don't want to tout the fact that the union got pummeled and folded like a cheap suit?

Will Gov GoogleyEyes and his uber rich friends continue to go to the concerts and support a union defeat? Of course they will. They don't give a rip about those musicians unless it can get them some headlines.

15 months out of work and a 15% pay cut. This is very bad news for all the loyal unionistas.

Just say "Yes" to union bosses and never get back the money you pi**ed away by not settling over a year ago. Way to go union musicians!

Presumably, the musicians had to vote to become a union shop. So if that is the case, it's their own dumb fault.

Dear Fake Black Guy, what slurs? Feel free to offer any examples you might be able to find.
My commentaries are factual and informative. Your rants are hateful and ignorant. Want to stay on topic and debate issues? Bring it. I welcome any and all dissenting opinions as long as they are related to the topic of the thread. You are incapable of staying on topic and conveniently fall back to your only weapon...name calling and feeble attempts at personal insults.
Now ... back to the topic ... those musicians' union bosses really got one good contract, didn't they? It took 15 months of negotiating to come up with a 15% reduction in pay. Good job union bosses!
Good thing they didn't wait 100 months before settling, huh?

Dear Liar I told you that Black people and I am offended by you slurs and Fake Black Guy is a slur I address you as Irish unless I know that you're are lying about President Obama or something else which is your usual standard for commenting about anything on a fair and open topic and on the topic's that you start you always have to be the first poster and the last poster to get the last word in I have told several times that you're completely over rate yourself and and that you're a bully you act as if any disagreement with your nonsense is off topic unless they accept you and your lies as the truth and sooner or later you will reap what you sow and so will topix for being so race baited by you.
