I would think so . Then again alcohol is as vile an adversary as any of the terrorist abroad . Even so can't see a real difference . If you are old enough to kill/be killed , you should be old enough to drown your sorrows.

What about this, in Irag and other terrorist nations young children are trained to kill as terrorists, and get killed doing the terrorists acts that they are told to do, yes, let's let them have a beer and a shot as well, they might not ever live to get another chance, they could just get drunk, fall down strapped to the bomb they are carrying and blow just themselves up.
