For the second time in 13 months, the hammer dropped on Annville. About 80 percent of the workers at Jackson County's largest business could be out of a job by year's end, officials with Mid-South Electronics announced yesterday.

why cant you keep the jobs at home???Big corpations are always starting busness in small towns and good people to use them to their advantage. work for self or local busness is best. to all the good people at the plant. praying for you.

In further reading of your layoffs I didnt mean Mr.Weaver is dong anything wrong I know he is a fair bussness man.The problem is with the big corporations who are taking over small busnesses and sending them to other countries. I hope all those involved will rethink this move and keep jobs at home so some of the children and grandchildren can have the blessings of being able to work in the town they are raised.
