i love this show.i was arons age when the show aired so,i grew up with the waltons. it really described my grandparents going to there home in hyden kentucky.now those days are gone and no longer exist. but the memories are strong when i watch the waltons it brings back those days for me now.my, grandparents and my mother and father have all past and i am only 48 so it hurts very deeply. with the waltons i can feel those feelings back then when it aired and they were all alive and i can really smell that smell of the mountains with the roaster and chickens and pigs, and a grand garden.it comforts me like nothening could.i've pursed up to the 4th season and watch when i'm feeling low. thank you hallmark for showing the waltons please keep doing so.i am a christian women trying to keep my self up to cheer up others even if its just a smile. god bless hallmark and there wonderful programing.
