This is a wonderful link, discussing why Messereau was removed from the 1993 case, United States v. Stites. It's written in language even f'loons might be able to understand - maybe. Paragraph 12 is where the drama begins.

http://openjurist.org/56/f3d/1020/united-stat...

I love how attorney Mesereau - a lawyer, mind you - talked to one '
of the jurors outside the courtroom about the case, what evidence there was, and if witnesses had been saying bad things about the defendent. His comment to the juror about U.S. attorneys is of great interest. Then he was evasive when ordered to explain himself.

Two years later, the 1991 incident was brought up, and he was removed from representing Stites, due to unethical behavior. Paragraph 27 should greatly interest f'loons. I love the last sentence, in paragraph 28.

It seems Mesereau has at least a mild interest in jury tampering.

Miserable Mesereau once again being exposed for the lying loser that he always will be. Isn't that the some guy who claimed he never saw jacko on drugs? Did he have blind folds on and plugs in his dirty ears whenever he was with the now dead pedo? The less than steller lawyer/man bashed Murray on TV a few days ago. Hey, Mes..check your mirror once in a while and the skeletons in your closet. You are the last to judge anyone.

Mesereau saw the police report, of evidence collected, which included bottles of drugs and booze. He had to have seen the autopsy report, showing traces of seven different drugs in his bloodstream. Mesereau is a slick attorney, in that he lies by ommission.

I'll translate his Lawyer Speak: "I saw the booze and drugs, which included a vial of demerol. But he didn't shoot up with drugs around ME." It's so fun to dissect what attorneys say and do.

Unfortunately, for Mr. Mesereau, I work in compliance as a regulator. I am exactly what attorneys don't want on the opposite side of the table because we can't be swayed. I would love to discuss his comments and behavior with him.

You wish. I have quite a few questions, for him, and I'd love to see him squirm when he tries to sidestep them.

Jermaine, part of my job is to deal with attorneys. It really is entertaining to watch them spin on their hamster wheels.

I'd love to personally see Mesereau spinning away when he called out on the fact Michael was not forced to pay the Chandlers by an insurance company and there was no Neverland Ranch wedding.

Oh, I'd also like to see him explain why he fought so hard to keep the drawing, description, and photos of Michael's privates out of the courtroom. It would be equally amusing to hear why he didn't want any mention of Dieter's brothel nor the Vaccaro storage unit in the courtroom. And I'd love to hear why Jordan's 700 pages of documents were such a concern to him.

I also have a few questions about the 1993 case, where he was booted off the case, for being unethical.

I'd love to ask him, in person. Me, a bouncer? That's not a job I've ever held. Then again, it would be fun to bounce f'loons off the internet so that they stop harrassing Michael's victims.

floons like Jermaine don't understand the law. To him, Whacko's lawyers are all knights on white horses, doing it for love of Scary Poppins. he doesn't know their only interest was taking the Pedoking's money,(just like OJ's lawyers) He was working for noney - of course he knows Whacko was guilty!

You do understand that prosecutors are also working for money--they aren't doing their job out of the goodness of their hearts.

Quite right too. Trying to put the bad guy away is nothing if not a money spinner.

Do you ever wonder why they do their 'low paying compared to celebrity lawyer' jobs, filthy starstruck f'loon?

Trying to help people stop a fight doesn't mean I'm a bouncer. It means I'm a concerned citizen who helped prevent something from getting worse. Just the way I'm a concerned citizen who wants to protect children from pedophiles, such as Michael and Jerry -- and those who support child molsters' behavior.

that is just the sort of idiotic thing I would expect from a floon. Compare the pay of Mesereau with a DA . What imbeciles you and Jermaine are .

Only a f'loon would compare a prosecutor's hundred grand a year with the 3 mil that Mesereau got for the one case.

Idiots.

Michael was totally innocent.
