The lawsuit should have succeeded because Murray WAS unfit and incompetent for the job he was hired to do.

Go burn in hell AEG and Dr Murray.

Murray was manipulated by a drug head whose employ he was under and is now getting on with his life. Hell even Lisa Marie was quoted as saying to Oprah that Jacko was a master manipulator. I wish Conrad Murray peace and happiness in his freedom and in his new job and that he gets past this whole nightmare. He is off to a good start already.

I'm guessing people close to Katherine who weren't Jermaine and Randy told her it's best to move on. They were never gonna win a case. Her son had to paid the price partly because of his negligence and because of the doctor's negligence, which isn't enough to try to stop him from working. If she goes on with the next case, it would be because her sons pushed her to it. Come on, folks, she's 84 years old. I'm sure she's reaching senility at this stage. Another case would kill her smh

AEG was not responsible for a grown man. Michael was responsible for himself, and he was a drug addict. He told them which doctor he wanted. He picked that doctor because he was willing to be Michael's drug dealer.

I just went on Wikipedia (and its sources) and while propofol might not be a classic type of drug such as prescription medication and that harder street stuff (though I heard and read that sometimes taking quaaludes is as dangerous as taking cocaine), there have been people who have used it as a means to get high. So in a sense, you can turn anything into a drug. It's rumored the real reason MJ used propofol was to combat his use of Demerol. His autopsy special indicated he was on Demerol withdrawal. He had been using propofol off and on with Murray during that time he was preparing for the concert.

Anyway, I don't see use for Katherine to continue to sue. Joseph's no longer pursuing it because he's getting old as Methuselah and he knows it's a losing battle. Katherine knows it too. If their children feel so adamant that their "beloved" brother was being used by AEG, let them sue them themselves.

So you admit that Murray was a drug dealer and not a doctor.

He should have been charged like a drug dealer too.

Sidestepping the fact Michael was a drug addict has been noted.

Of course he was a drug dealer. So was Arnold Klein. A drug addict will do anything to get a fix. If it hadn't been Dr. Murray, it would have somebody else. Michael doctor shopped.

Face it. Your messiah was a drug addict, by his own choice.

Maybe the Jackson's should also be made to pay for wasting court time and pay compensation to the jurors who had to take months of time off work.

I don't think no one was arguing that Murray was a drug dealer but that would mean you're admitting that Michael was a drug addict.

And I agree Crocodile, how many months was that? Four?

They'd better be happy at just the $800,000. The court could have warned the plaintiff that their next lawsuit might make them elligible for a dismissal With Prejudice. I've rarely seen a judge award fees to the defendant of a suit.

Your bias against Conrad Murray is so strong that you're unable to face facts and be objective. Like it or not, there has never been any independent evidence outside of the prosecution that Conrad was the one who accidentally administered the lethal dose, but there is rock solid and undeniable evidence that Jackson was a hardcore drug addict who would go to extraordinary lengths to get his 'milk'.
MJ's fingerprints were not on the IV drip..Claiming that Murray 'accidentally wiped them away' while cleaning up is a pretty flimsy excuse for the lack of fingerprints.

As a doctor, Murray must be held responsible. He was not a trained anesthesiologist, yet he agreed to administer Propofol, something he had no training to do. He delayed in calling 911, did not administer CPR properly, etc.

If MJ was still complaining about not getting enough sleep by that time in the morning, Murray should have just told him to just get out of bed and deal with it.

Well, Dr Murray did his two years in county jail and is now working in a children's hospital. So I guess he is not being held responsible.

You know why?

Wacko caused his own death by being a hopeless drug addict and hired Murray to perform a service that he demanded and expected. Otherwise, Murray would be in prison. You floons are stuck on repeat. AEG won its case and will never have to pay the greedy Jacksons a dime. You'll have to deal with it when Wade Robson wins his child molestation trial. It starts June 2nd.

There was evidence that Murray administered propofol for 60 days in a row. That is more than enough to kill someone.

So shove you biased brain back up where it came from. Dismissing a murder is as bad as murder itself.

Klein did not murder MJ but Murray did. Murray was supposed to have treated MJ for insomnia not drug addiction.

But that is your opinion that Dr Conrad Murray killed Michael Jackson because it makes you feel better to think that. However, we all know that Murray is free and is apparently working as a medical professional at a children's hospital today. There is a reason why that is happening. Michael's drug addiction is not something new. We've known that Jacko was a drug addict for a lot of years and we know that Michael hired Conrad to give him his propofol despite the dangers. The clown was told many times that it could kill him. We can understand that Murray was enchanted with wealth and celebrity. He was trying to please his boss.

Insomnia that was caused by his drug addiction.

Arnie gave Wacko whatever he wanted for many years before Klein got wise and cut him off.

What does that have to do with the price of tea in China? Michael was a drug addict, doctor shopped for a drug dealer, and died from an overdose.

You do have me curious, though. Do you have a link in which a legal document states Michael's fingerprints were not only IV drip?

His next album, Dirty Mind ( 1984 ) marked a radical change of style. A drive of just over half an hour with a rawer sound (the album is practically a model) and an absolutely provocative image, appearing on stage in slip and hosiery under a threadbare coat. Besides the letters they went beyond the limits set in the sexual issue; issues such as Head and Sister nightmare became censors. His next album, Controversy ( 1987 ) was a new twist; this time the sexual themes give way to social issues in songs like Ronnie Talk To Russia or Annie Christian. Because of the provocative new style of Prince, the keyboardist Gayle Chapman left the band directly and is replaced by Lisa Coleman , young musicians keyboardist daughter had no objection to music. By this time it begins to unleash their creativity with parallel groups like The Time , the greater glory of his friend Morris Day (former drummer of Champagne) and would be valuable hotbed of musicians and producers Jimmy Jam , Terry Lewis , and Paul 'St. Paul 'Peterson .

It's a shame Michael had a dirty mind, for little boys.

What a clown. He played victim all the way to the end.
He knew Murray would take the blame for the coward's crimes against humanity.
Hitler would be proud.

Any other dimwit would've gotten drug rehab to set a good example for his kids.
