I can't wait for what the judge has to say about Wade's lies.

Statute of limitations are seven years in civil cases against an estate of the deceased so I don't know what they're talking about. If he was still alive, I can see it being "too long" but they lost their argument saying that. We'll see in May though. By the way if they were so confident that Wade could be proven wrong, why scheduled such a hearing? They're scared, bottom line.

I'm pretty sure Wade made it clear it wasn't a case of repressed memories, but that he was physically unable to come to terms that it was sexual abuse. Either the Wackson's lawyer hasn't been listening or he's playing mind games and dirty tricks already.

It's the big question to all slimy lawyers. Why are they so keen to have certain pieces of evidence or even cases rejected if they have nothing to fear or hide? I would imagine they are quite worried by what details will come out with Wade's trial, and whether it will have an impact on future sales of Pedo Pan's music etc.

Articles abound of dear Wade stating having had repressed memories.

Wade will have problems backtracking all his lies. The problem with lying is that you have to keep on covering up with more lies. He will get caught out unless he hopes the estate will pay him off with nuisance money like the Chandlers got.

It doesn't matter whether or not Wade wins any money. Michael did molest him; three people witnessed it. Wade has confirmed it happened. Michael's legacy is even more tarnished.
