Joseph T. Bartucci, Jr. is an interesting case. MJ fans have always had the handy alibi that other people that accused MJ of wrongdoing were just after poor Mr. Big Bucks money to fall back on. This doesn't apply to Bartucci. He's just doing it cuz it's the right thing to do! He hasn't gone into hiding or committed suicide. He has maintained a webpage dedicated to his experience with MJ and despite being ripped on by MJ fans and the Mighty MJ Machine,(Naturally.) he's sticking to his story!

View his webpage at: http://josephthomasbartucci.moonfruit.com/#/p...

Between May 19, 1984 and May 27, 1984, MJ repeatedly committed assault and battery upon teenaged Joseph Bartucci in the Parish of Orleans, Louisiana. These sexual offense contacts include MJ orally copulating Joseph, MJ swallowing the semen of Joseph, MJ engaging in anal touching and MJ forcing Joseph to masturbate him. These contacts include MJ cutting Joseph with a razor, puncturing Joseph’s chest with steel wire, MJ biting Joseph and forcing him to consume mood-altering substances.

During this time, MJ and Jackson’s employees, at his direction, directly subjected Joseph to physical force, intimidation and duress to both allow MJ to commit the false imprisonment and to ensure the secrecy of these acts. As a result of MJ wrongful actions, sexual assault and battery, false imprisonment and abuse, Joseph has suffered permanent, severe and continuing injuries.

Joseph T. Bartucci, Jr. vs. Michael Jackson – US District Court, Louisiana - Civil Code article 3546

At the time of the case Bartucci was under so much emotional distress that he was deemed too mentally incapacitated to take the stand. The judge eventually dismissed out the case because the Statute of Limitations had expired. Thus, the case was buried and forgotten about by everyone but Bartucci. Currently, Bartucci is trying to get his story out to increase awareness. Say Bartucci,“I want to go from victim to victim advocate.”

When Bartucci tried to resist MJ's assault, Jacko's thugs pounded his head on the pavement. As a result, he suffered memory loss for years. It wasn't until he watched a news program about the child molestation charges against MJ, these memories came rushing back.

Of course, MJ fans are going to call it lies but you have to wonder if it is, why would he subject himself to slander, ridicule and death threats when he isn't after money?

Good work, Krackerjacks.

Is there proof that the clown was in New Orleans '84?

His story should be getting more exposure.

You would figure the media would be all over this.

The clown was a violent monster from the beginning.

Papa Joe raped Latoya and she had an abortion?

Wonder what Papa Joe is doing to Paris Jackson now.

Sick.

Well, he still has the scars from where MJ burned him but no, he was too mentally unstable to testify and the judge dismissed his case. On April 13, 2006, United States District Judge Eldon Fallon dismissed with prejudice the case of Joseph Thomas Bartucci, Jr. against MJ. Bartucci sued Jackson for child sexual abuse based on the recovery of repressed memories. Jackson's attorney filed a motion to dismiss arguing that Bartucci’s repressed memory is highly controversial and not generally accepted. In other words, the case was thrown out on a technicality, providing MJ with yet another handy, custom-made alibi.

MJ, epitome of celebrity dysfunction had a falling out with the team of New Orleans lawyers that he hired to make Mr. Bartucci go away and they sued him for $50,000 in unpaid bills. The popstar forgot to send a legal representative to a mandatory court appearance in Louisana. MJ's no-show in a New Orleans federal courtroom came back to haunt him when an irked judge fined the "King of Pop" $10,000. MJ's lawyer told a hearing that clerical errors prevented MJ from responding to the notices.

Does Bartucci have any witnesses or solid envidence to back up his claims that this happened to him?

He claims Jacko had a little boy with him in the limo. Who was he?

Who were the bodyguards that beat his head into the pavement?

Also, is there proof that Jacko was in New Orleans at that time?

There's not much information to go on in his website.

Bartucci is pictured wearing a red shirt, a hat and sunglasses.

Why would he dress up as Jacko if the clown molested him, cut him up?

There is no doubt that MJ was a pedophile, but Bartucci was 18.

It's a very unusual claim because 18 is kind of old for Jacko, right?

Why isn't the media all over this story?

I've never heard this claim before and I've read everything on Jacko.

The story is a lot like the Jacko train story.

No one actually saw what was happening...

But heard it through the wall on the train.

The Jacksons played MSG in NY City on May 8th 1984.

It was the last date for that leg of the tour.

MJ was on vacation at the time this event supposed to have occured.

I don't know why Jacko would've been in New Orleans in a limo.

I don't know if I believe the story.

But the dude apparently isn't after money.

He simply had all kinds of mental and physical issues.

He blocked out what happened to him which is certainly possible.

He only has 5% of his eyesight left.

Someone would know if the claim is true or not.

The man who let Bartucci into Jacko's limo should come forward.

And the kid with Jacko would've seen everything that went on, right?

Jacko went back on tour with his brothers that July in Tennesee.

Could be that Bartucci is trying to connect himself to Jacko.

Using Jacko's child molestation trial to sell a made up story.

He was probably jumped by thugs years ago and is really a MJ fan.

Apparently, he sees no problem dressing up in Jacko clothes.

That tells me that he's probably lying. I don't know why he would.

It takes all kinds.

If someone can prove that MJ was in New Orleans, I'd believe it more.

I don't think that Jacko would want to molest an 18 year old man.

That just doesn't make sense to me. Of course, it's my opinion.

Just like the made up lie you made about your friend Laura and Jacko?

Bartucci is doing the same thing, only from a different angle.

It's obvious that he's just another fan trying to seek attention.

No problem, Jermaine. I don't care either way.

I don't believe you because you never proved that you met Jacko.
