The jury has come to the right verdict. Michael Jackson was a long and secretive drug addict who played russian roulette with his life for decades. There was absolutely no way that an entertainment company could be held liable for the actions of this 50-year-old man who fully choose to abuse drugs like Propofol in his own home.

the greedy and grasping Jackson "fambly" should now be fined and jailed for bringing a vexatious lawsuit.

I admire this jury greatly! They did reach the right verdict. Why? Because even if AEG knew about Propofol you still need to prove that to the jury. AEG did not know about Propofol! They knew in the beginning that Conrad Murray was competent! Katherine needs to stop having temper tantrums and stop trying to milk money from her son's legacy.

I'd be happy with a "Dismissed With Prejudice" ruling.

Even though AEG was not held responsible, insurance experts believe the case has spurred the industry to re-think policies and find ways to prevent similar situations down the road.

The positive outcome of this case will lives because insurance companies will expect touring entertainers to be willing have a monthly drug screen, physical exams and random drug testing.

If you're going to puke up statements from shallow show biz sites, why don't you use quotes, creep?

Will they now be suing the 'Illuminati Jews', cretinous racist?

The positive outcome has already been reached. The verdict only affirms what promoters should not have to do, namely, insure their clientele for the clientele's/beneficiaries interests. That responsibility is left to the client/estate. Since this case shows the entertainer didn't get insurance (or couldn't pay the appropriate insurance) then the entertainer's beneficiaries don't benefit. Relevancy? Jacko's beneficiaries do not have a legitimate claim against others for Jacko's (or their own) negligence of not obtaining insurance.

live with it, Goobhorration.

Even though it's completely debatable whether AEG actually hired Dr Murray as a contract hadn't been signed by both parties, it makes it even sweeter that the jury of six men and six women (who by the way child hating floons think are faultless) decided that Murray was completely capable of the job he was hired for (a general practitioner) and it was Michael Jackson (Wacko Jacko) who was fully responsible for his actions of making Dr M go beyond what he was supposed to do and administer him with the extremely powerful and dangerous propofol because he was a junkie desperate for his fix.

I'm gobsmacked! I just got home and turned the BBC news on and there, item 6, was the verdict. I'm mad that I missed it as it came in. Was there lots of weeping and wailing and f'loons doing the ayatollah all over the place?

BTW, I'm surprised that Mama Jackson lost this one. I'd have thought that asking for billions of $$$$$$$ for loss of earnings for a lazy junkie who actually earned feck all would have been a given. Oh well, you know what they say, the law is an ass.

Oh, I'm all aggrieved to have not seen it live. That's the last time I take my eye off of Wacko's balls.....

Should add that Wacko was item 6 on the BBC news behind an item about a woman who crossed a railway track on her push bike. I swear to God!

http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/video-cy...

A woman on a bike is of more interest to the British public than Wacko on a slab. How the mighty have fallen, huh!
