Their extortion plot was eliminated for them during the trial. Ha ha ha
Yes, it was intercepted by the prosecuter. No sipping champagne poolside, or driving around in a Bentley for Janet.

Idiot Wacko fans call the Arvizo con artists, yet they never profited from their ordeal with that mutated freak. They went right back into anonymity. There was no crazy money-making scheme to extort money--Gavin was simply molested by Jackson.
Janet had visions of owning Neverland one day, going through the gates in " her " Bentley, and sipping champagne, and eating cavier poolside, while her butler refilled her glass. She thought this would be easy to accomplish by stepping foot inside a lawyers office and mouthing the word " abuse ". The surprise for her was the involvment of the prosecuters office, and of course 2 simple words, Not Guilty. I am sure shes got her eye on another celebrity by now.

You're always saying Michael Jackson molested children. Were YOU there? I didn't think so.
Were YOU there? If so, did you think it was loving and not sexual abuse when he had sex, with those children? Or was there another reason you were there and just haven't explained it, yet? I read the criminal file. He definitely molested those children.

Janet Arvizo had visions of basking in the sun , while dipping her feet in Michael Jacksons pool , while the maids brought her lunch, and the manicurist did her nails. This was her goal when she walked into a civil lawyers office. Had it not been her vision, she would have walked into the office of the prosecuter FIRST. Janets goal was botched when her lawyer involved the prosecuter, oops, better luck next time Janet.
When I read the legal documents and court transcripts, Janet never filed a lawsuit. She went to Jamie Masada to get her family's visas, passports, and birth certificates returned to her. It was Jamie who sent her to an attorney. You seem to have forgotten the chain of events. But I can post the links to the documents, again, if I have to.

Among your many shortcomings, you're just another cynical fool. Do you think that by ceaselessly repeating your muddled scenarios, they will somehow gain veracity, pedo enabler?

Oh c'mon , why would you take on the name of the person you claim molested your child., please., no mother would do that, it would be sickening to that mother.

Interesting. So, none of the interested parties followed through? I agree. It should be razed to the ground. Somebody should then purify the land, with sage.
I find it very interesting that apparently, the estate does not want to buy Neverland outright. You would think if they really were raking in all this posthumous income, they would gladly buy the property back. In reality, they do not want it because it is still an expensive money pit, secluded from a major highway. It should be razed. Wacko committed unspeakable crimes there, No one is interested in buying that worthless dump.

Neverland has been for sale since last summer. And yet, we've haven't heard of any potential buyers for the extremely expensive money pit. I guess celebrities like Lady Gaga, Chris Brown, Beyonce and her hubby, Jay Z have no desire its ownership. It looks like in the very near future, Neverland will probably be purchased and razed down to the ground by the state of California.
Nobody will touch the place. Who the hell is gonna buy a property where a monstrous man committed lewd acts on children for decades? They should definitely bulldoze the place and let nature reclaim it.

The property and house are probably haunted. If Wacko was forced to give it up, then it is just an overpriced graveyard for dead zoo animals. Creepy. They should raze the entire property flat.

I am sure floons would love to buy it as a shrine for the clown, but then they would have to pay for its upkeep. I can imagine it cost Wacko a million dollars a year for someone to just mow the grass.

Okay. Let's go back to a question I asked you earliar. Why do you think there is not one police report found anywhere within a period of 25 yrs, with a complaint that Michael Jackson was seen molesting a child and/ or is suspected of engaging in inappropriate behavior with minors at the Hayvenhurst and Neverland locations ? I'm sorry if the question is a long one. Do you need me to repeat the question ?

Perhaps that is why the Jackson family has had no interest in the property. They are fully aware of the heinous crimes committed there, as the world has witnessed when his sister was publicly televised. They have seen the checks written to his victims families for exorbitant amounts of money. It has all been made public via the documents of the trials. There is no amount of new refurbishing that could wash the awful things that have happened there away. It is most likely out of morbid curiosity that helicopter patrons are interested in flying over the property at all.

Why do you continue going on about police reports? Does it really matter how MJ's dirty little secrets came to light? Stan Katz reported the case to the police after his interview with Gavin, as a mandated reporter must. No matter how the report was filed, it doesn't change the existing evidence, nor does it change MJ's past behavior with little boys. The fact still remains that he was a pedophile and nothing can ever change that.

Yes, I've heard of a helicopter service flying fans overhead to view the massive property. And I do not think the estate wants to open Neverland as a tourist attraction for a number of reasons. First, the zoning laws and the high expense it would have to keep it going. They might be concerned about the crimes that went on there, but I highly doubt it is that. The Jacksons still live in denial that the clown was guilty, but are business smart. Wacko just had a giant money pit, especially if it were to be put together like when he lived there. Apparently, others know this as well. If Wacko lived in a residential neighborhood with an airport, an interstate highway, hotels, restaurants, shopping centers and had property that was easy to get to, then it would be somewhat possible. However, the place is huge and would require too much overhead to be that successful. I think the estate would probably lose money. Besides, the residents do not want their wine country turned into something its not. I am not sure how many actual fans would pay to tour Neverland, which would be an all day event. It is best that the state razed the land and be done with it. No one would be able to actually live there without going completely bankrupt like Michael Jackson did.

So tell me Pop, how much did YOU pay , when YOU took the " Flight over Neverland " helicopter tour ? Did you take off from the Santa Barbara airport, or Santa Ynez ?
