Before you rejoice too much, stop and ask yourself this: Just how many other people are expected to stay at the top of the charts posthumously?

I can remember when I was a kid, Alanis Morissette's "Jagged Little Pill" spent months in the number one position on the UK charts. Though I don't listen or take any notice of the charts these days, it does sound like Wacko Jacko's album has been a massive and embarrassing flop, despite the constant advertising that Sony has put out, including using one of his song on their latest mobile phone advert.

Four weeks and Michael Jackson's posthumous "Xscape" has already dropped out of the top ten on the Billboard 200 album charts, despite Sony's high publicity campaigns. Sales are terrible. The clown continues sliding down, down, down.

"Xscape" is a flop and another complete failure.

Of course, floons have excuses.

Michael Jackson's posthumous "Xscape" has fallen to number twelve while the "Frozen" soundtrack climbs back into the number two spot on this week's Billboard 200 album charts. It is interesting to see Led Zeppelin have their first three albums, originally recorded in 1969 and 1970 back in the top ten at the same time. The dead clown spent a laughable three brief weeks in the top ten and it is on the way down and the summer has just begun. It is so hilarious that Sony wasted their money promoting the clown's latest posthumous dud.

An embarrassing performance for the dead Michael Jackson.

Update:

The Paul Anka written song, "Love Never Felt So Good" has fallen another two notches to a laughable number twenty-nine on the Billboard 100 and it has only been on the charts for a short six weeks. It is definitely not setting the world on fire. Michael Jackson continues to slide off the music charts as his fifth anniversary of his pathetic nude death draws closer. Jacko's rotted corpse is still inside his lonely mausoleum.

LNFSG #16 on the official UK chart, dropping from #12 the previous week.

It's #34 on U.S. iTunes right now.

Due to discounts, the deluxe version of Xscape has moved to #32 on U.S. iTunes and the standard version is #69. Might drop back down again tomorrow since the album's always on an up and down slope on some iTunes charts.

MIGHT return to the top ten on next week's Billboard chart (but barely since HITS has it at #9 for next week) but will drop out again due to the releases of Lana Del Rey, Sam Smith and Linkin Park.

I don't look at the charts, but since no Floon has posted anything positive about record sales, I can assume it was a flop. Unless you live in Romania (can't remember her name/nic) where there are "billions" of Michael Jackson fans. I'll never forget that.

It's #14 on the Australian albums chart (ARIA) while LNFSG drops to #49 on the Australian singles chart (ARIA)

It does seem to be a flop, doesn't it? Otherwise, the f'loons would all be bragging.

Rickey Bobby, have to admit that each time I see your name, I think of my favorite scene in the movie, "The Family Dinner". Love it when the kid says, "Hey, Dad, you made that grace your bitch!".

I remember how floons bragged about Wacko's rehearsal film and its soundtrack to "This Is Shit" doing so well at the box office and on the Billboard 200 charts after the clown's pathetic drug overdose. Since then, I decided that it would be fun to document each new posthumous failure, beginining with the 2010 dud, "Michael"

Since Donna continues to lie about "Xscape" going number one all over the planet and setting the world on fire, I decided to definitely continue my tradition of threads dedicated to tracking each new posthumous release and their rapid declines off the charts. Floons do not like it but it is better than reading their fantasies on how the CD's are taking over the world. We need to keep it real. That is what happens to dead pedophile pop stars who destroy their legacies by raping little boys like seven year old, Wade Robson and ten year old, Jimmy Safechuck. Another failure. I was thrilled that "Xscape" denied Wacko another number one album or song. lol.

Total worldwide sales of Xscape are 890,000 copies. It'll likely reach one million if not next week, the week after. Compared to how quickly the "Michael" album made one million five weeks after its release.

Wow.

Considering that in 2001, one of Michael Jackson's lowest selling solo releases, "Invincible" was a flop but sold twelve million copies worldwide. "Xscape" is 11x mega flop.

Those figures are terrible. It looks like the clown was stripped of his paper crown.

Keep in point this album has only been in stock for about five weeks at least and the only real BIG albums of the year so far have been from Coldplay and the Frozen soundtrack. But compared to MJ's past material's sales, it definitely is a slower seller than all of his Epic releases. I think a good majority of the sales come from countries like the U.S., Japan and France while you can also add UK. Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain and Denmark, where the album has shown the most stability, are probably 100,000 combined. As the U.S. sales decreased, it will have to rely on some worldwide countries' sales. It'll be hard to see if this album could even pass two million at the rate it's going.

Quit lying, Donna. We could easily check that the clown's new posthumous album failed to go to number one in several countries and started falling down the Billboard 200 charts on its second week. In the US, it stalled at number two, then began to drop. It is already out of the top ten as retailers are stocking the unsold "Xscape" on the bottom shelves. As you know, I actually saw a couple damaged Michael Jackson "Xscapes" with what looked like used, chewed up bubble gum stuck on Wacko's ugly pus in the store.

Yes, Led Zeppelin's reissued remixed, extended first three albums made it into the bottom of the top ten. Pretty impressive for albums that are forty-four, forty-five years old, already three of the biggest Zeppelin sellers of all time. That means that some Zep fans bought them over again. Old material. I do not see the clown putting three of his old albums into the top ten. That will never happen. You should sit down with your cushion and tell it that it failed to go number one with the album or the single. Its sad llama eyes. The clown's fifth anniversary of his pathetic demise is coming soon. I'd bet there be a small gathing of five or six crying floons there at Forest Lawn. The dead grasshopper without many flowers by his disgusting grave for his tarnished, degraded memory of filth and unspeakable sin.

Karma.

If I recall, before Billboard changed its rules, six of MJ's albums actually sold well enough to be in the Billboard 200 top twenty after his death (I know it was Number Ones, Thriller, probably Bad, Dangerous, HIStory, Vol. 1 and Off the Wall that were the six) but since they were all catalog releases, they weren't allowed to be on the chart. They officially changed the rule a year later. After Whitney Houston's death in 2012, three of her albums made the Billboard 200 top ten and "I Will Always Love You" reached #2 in its re-entry on the Billboard Hot 100, which is quite impressive.
