Both forms are accetable. What's your real problem?
Maybe it is to you but only one is proper.

I can understand why people abbreviate. I use words like "cuz" myself when I don't feel like typing out the whole word "because" but to headline a thread with poor English is just plain sloppy in my book.

If you don't care about what's proper, that's your brain-freeze.

I make dictation errors all the time. I neglect to include words like "to" and "for" fairly often because they're used so frequently, but I generally re-read what I've written to try to catch spelling, punctuation and grammar errors. It's the perfectionist in me. If you and Jermaine think those things don't matter, you probably think an education doesn't matter either.

It's my opinion that in the face of global ignorance, racism, bigotry and prejudice, nothing is more important that education. You don't have to pay thousands to go to school. I have a limited academic background myself. I quit High School. Nobody wuz gonna teach ME nuthin'! I didn't discover that I actually enjoy learning in a classroom until many years later.

Go ahead and wallow in your ignorance if it suits you but you happen to be sitting in front of an instrument that can educate you if you'll take the time to unplug your brain from Michael Jackson's over-rated music and learn something.

That's all I have to say on this. If you don't care how you portray yourself in this world, those are the limits you've chosen. I won't dwell on your inadequacies.

Go ahead and try to make it sound as if I don't know what I'm talking about now.

Lookie there! I misspelled "nothing is more important that education!" It should read, "nothing is more important THAN education."

Errors are human.

Not educating yourself is a choice.

Ok. Let's make this the end of the grammar debate. It's getting silly.

It's silly if you think it's silly.

Bye! You and Jermaine reassure each other of how great you are now.

It took you a while to recognize it. Now stop insulting him.
When he stops insulting Michael's victims by supporting pedophiles who can sing and dance, I won't have a reason to go after him, with the F.A.C.T.S.

Most people don't support MJ's innocence because of his performing abilities, but because they know that the facts indicate that his accusers were greedy unscrupulous liars.

You keep forgetting about the small fact that Michael Jackson - The man who fitted most if not all the characteristics of a textbook pedophile. The man who collected NAMBLA recommended "art" books. The man who's all round behavior was freakish and highly suspicious kept sleeping with totally unrelated little boys and still continue to do so, even after multiple accusations against him.

I know this is difficult for you to digest but you are in effect saying its completely fine for adults (including those who fitted or displayed pedophile characteristics) to sleep with other people children. Now the truth is no sane or rational human being thinks that is acceptable behavior. The only people who would thank you for supporting such disgusting behavior are groups like NAMBLA and other pro-pedophilia sickos.

Anyway, I look forward to your in and of itself textbook NAMBLA reply.

Even if it were true, are you saying that greedy unscrupulous liars are immune to molestation? Truth is, they would be even more prone to being molested.

That's cool.
It's not everyday you see a 1931 Ford.
I'd imagine it burns a lot of fuel.
I knew someone that had a Roadrunner years ago.
My first car when I was a kid was a 74 Scamp I purchased for $400.
Everybody laughed at it but it got me around.
My parents didn't buy our cars for my sister and I.
We started out with junkers until we could get something better.
Today, kids seem to get brand new cars for their 16th birthdays.
My first car was an old station wagon which I picked up for cheap, since I had to buy it myself. It only ran for a few months, so I ditched it and bought a new one, since by then I was working and going to college. Kids of today do seem to expect to have cars bought for them the minute they turn sixteen...and not just any car, but something really nice.

I love the 70's Chevy Malibu.
The Chevy Nova was a sweet ride back in the day also.
What happened to your 1971 Malibu, Poppy?
I loved that Chevy Malibu and it was a really cool car, but I finally sold it. As a kid, I always wanted a Chevy Nova - that was a cool car in the '70's....lol!

When you get something for nothing, you take it for granted.

You never really appreciate it unless you work hard for it.

I think that is what our parents taught us.

Having old cars meant that I had to take care of them.

If I had a brand new car at 16, I probably would've been spoiled.

The value of money is always a good lesson to learn.

I kept all my cars until they died.

All except the Toyota which got destroyed when a tree landed on it.

I was a GM person at one time but cars today are all fairly decent.

I hear that they are out with a modern version of the Dodge Dart.

The Nova only returned briefly as a small mid 80's box.

It didn't last long though.

I remember someone at work had one. It wasn't a real Chevy Nova.
