Seeing that some people have the talent to decipher legal writings, why do they still fall silent on this detail?

The claim was settled on negligence only. The claim of molestation was specifically denied and the Chandlers accepted that denial under the terms of settlement.
Entirely wrong. What was agreed to was...

..."arising out of claims of negligence and not for claims of intentional or wrongful acts of sexual molestation."

~~~~~~~~~~
So tell me what the "rightful" acts of sexual molestation are.
What are "unintentional" acts of sexual molestation, anyway?
Did WackO accidentally bump into Jordan Chandler and unintentionally molest him in the process?
Please do explain why those specific words are used in a settlement document detailing sexual molestation as "wrongful" and "intentional", rather than just the term "sexual molestation" - as it is.
WackO's lawyer sure was specific about the details of sexual molestation but not so much on the specific kinds of negligence.
It's unintentional because Wacko was sick in his head.
I'm sure all f'loons can agree to that.
Here is the funny thing in plain and simple terms. What the hell kind of negligence, does MJ pay a kid 20$ million dollars for. lol lol lol
Bumping into him in the hallway? lol
Everyone in the world knows what MJ did to Jordan Chandler. He spelled it out quite clearly for the court.
Seventh Cause Of Action:
(44. Defendant Michael Jackson negligently had offensive contacts with plaintiff which were both explicitly sexual and otherwise.)
Sounds pretty clear to me. The f'loons don't like to hear this though.
Rebecca, why did Michael say he had negligently offensive contacts with Jordy Chandler, both explicitly sexual and otherwise?
Do you even know what 'explicitly sexual' means?
I would love to see how the f'loon, whose current nic is MJFriend, tries to explain it. She's still mentally unhinged about the semen from three different males, on Michael's mattress, mattress pad, and underpants.
They won't, they'll just insult (or try to) people's intelligence because some of them who think like that don't think rationally.
Tragically, every f'loon I've encountered doesn't think rationally. One would think legal language is easy to understand. I guess only sane, thinking people have reading-comprehension skills.
I always suspected f'loons had fallen victim to the religion of Michael Jesus Jackson. Now, I'm convinced of it.
You jerks. Let me tell you something get it through your heads Michael Joseph Jackson didn't sexually abuse boys. Not guilty to Michael Jackson. You guys don't want to actually listen because you'll actually find out Michael wasn't doing anything but being framed. You people are very heartless on this site. Enough people and get a heart. Michael Jackson was an amazing guy with a wonderful heart. I will continue to defend this man for I know he was treated badly for something he never even did. I love him people. Show respect for the people who care and his family.
If I was the owner of Topix. I'd put a lifetime ban on your IP address. YOu must be the most ludicrous MJ fan I have ever come across and I've met plenty which I can say are ludicrous like you. Stop sniffing MJ's butt crack and get a life Rebecca.
Rebecca, what did "sexually negligent" mean to Michael?
In other words "negligent of sexual contact" says and means nothing.
So $20M later, Wacko had a sigh of relief.
LOL! I always enjoy it when a Wacko Jacko fanatic claims that $20M was nothing to him. That sort of money is big to anybody except for the government, gullible one. It's always easier when it's somebody else's cash, isn't it, genius?
No wonder you drop names.
He would have won? Did he tell you that, or did you pick that up from a 911 call?
TO NFL FAN : actually , he did not want to give the chandlers money, but the other choice was a long drawn out public trial. So he okayed the settlement. And made sure he was not admitting any wrong doing. In any legal document. Remember, michael at one time was worth a billion plus in assests , tours, record sales, etc. To him 20 million was like 20 dollars to everyone else. IT probably would have been better for him to have gone to court. He would have won . Then have this settlement hang around like a dark cloud. All these years.
So Michael Jackson put a $20 million dollar price tag on his good reputation? Whatever happened to fighting the allegation on grounds of principles?
To NFL FAN: obviously, he would have won in court against the chandlers. hE won in 2005 , and that included testimony by june chandler and and information about the chandler case, in fact this was one of tom sneddons "winning cards " or so he believed in the 2005 trial, but in fact this is what helped lose it for the prosecution , paying out money to people is what helped support jacksons case. JACKSON is known for his shopping sprees. He had no concept of money. He litterally gave money away, charities, helping people, etc. 20 million dollars to stop threats and malice against his career , although he didnt want to do it initially, saved him from a drawn out trial that would have interrupted his career. IN 2005 , he vowed to fight the fight this time and won. Should have done this in 1993, but this what the height of his career, and the formation of the "heal the world" charity. Evan chandler picked the "right time" to blackmail jackson.
Michael Jackson was in his 30's and Jordan Chandler was 12 years old. Michael and Jordan slept together in hotel suites around the world. Michael spent up to 30 nights with Jordan and sleeping in his room. Why were they together so much? What do you think Michael was getting from this boy, which required them to share a bed? Do you not find anything wrong in Michael's behaviour?
Are you slow? A written admission to child molestation would have put Wacko Jacko behind bars where he belonged. In addition, Chandler wasn't subpoenaed.
Your understanding of basic law is pathetic. Go back to school.
*guffaw*
According to this legal document, Michael would have lost and gone to prison because Jordan accurately described a blotch on his speckled wee-wee.
http://www.sbscpublicaccess.org/docs/ctdocs/0...
Strange, isn't it, how Michael immediately settled when the photos proved a match to the child's drawing and description. Strange, isn't it, how Michael insisted Jordan's parents receive part of the settlement to silence them. See pages 335 to 389 of Larry Feldman's testimony in which this is discussed.
Since something did happen to Jordan, this explains why Frank Cascio is such a mess. Namely, something did happen to him, too.
