Michael Jackson was just as guilty as the Sandusky Coach... Michael was a pedophile, and had he ever come out of his walled off denial, he'd probably be alive today, and maybe getting the help he so desparately needed..Conrad is just guilty of getting involved with a narcissistic borderline personality like Jackson.. He medicated Jacksons enormous unconscious guilt.

How can someone so easily and without a pang of conscience (did your own statement bother you Craig) make such definitive statements about someone who was found not guilty on all fourteen charges by a pool of all-white, conservative jury. Did you ever take the time to read the trial transcripts?

Well, so much for the U.S. justice system. It appears we do not need to sort out fact from fiction. If anyone has taken the time to research the Jackson case by at least reading the trial transcipts it would become abundantly evident (as in the presentation of factually-based data compared to presumptions/assumptions) that the prosecution simply did not have a case against Mr. Jackson, even though Sneddon spent millions of the tax payers' dollars over a time span of ten or more years traveling throughout Europe searching for someone(s) to come forward and testify against the superstar.

The evidence as well as the prosecution's witnesses simply were not credible, not to mention that the prosecution's witnesses' ulterior motives were glaringly apparent.

Moreover, Mr. Jackson's defense attorney, Tom Mesereau, did his job and didn't give into the high profile nature of the case with all of its fame and glory. He kept a low profile, focused on the facts/fiction put before him, and a conservative, all-white jury found Mr. Jackson innocent on all charges.

End of story, except that factions in the media and those who are not able to distinguish ethical/factual journalism from tabloid-style reporting for ratings, continue to suck up the garbage that is spoon fed them and become the puppets of the hungry media machine that will report ANYTHING for sensationalism and reader/viewer ratings.

Sad commentary on a society that prides itself in being a democracy of individuals who think for themselves. Very treacherous times we live in, indeed, as our very basic freedoms are at stake when members of society give up the arduous task of separating the facts from the persuasive story lines that we are bombarded by day in and day out. Very sad.

Did you follow the trial, Ricanisa? Did you review the evidence? If so, what is the evidence (not opinion/speculation) that concludes, for you, that Mr. Jackson killed himself?

Sorry I upset you Gail, my opinion is not suppose to do that to another human, but I must call it as I see it...

As a Senior Citizen, I watched the Jackson Five and little Micheal, a talented black child, who was self destructive with his facial mutilation...He was sooo cute and turned himself into a gross looking man...This child had no childhood so he turned to comfort with drugs and playing with little boys...keep in mind I said play NOT abuse....cause he never grew up himself...I can continue but you know how I feel about the Doctor.
He was charged only out of pressure with manslaughter....he shoudd be on house arrest...not jail.

Wacko Jacko was actually eaten by Chaz Bono and long ago became fertilizer on a Napa Valley field.

Ricanisa: Thank you for the thoughtful words. You did not upset me. I simply asked you if you followed the Murray trial prior to sharing your opinion here.

The autopsy, alone, revealed that Mr. Jackson did not have any abnormalities that one would expect from continuous, long-term drug use/abuse. Yes, he self-reported to have intermittently overused prescription drugs after the Pepsi incident, and Mr. Jackson was known to have a sleep disorder.

However, whatever Mr. Jackson's habits were, Dr. Murray was a professional and it was his obligation to treat his patient in such a fashion as to do no harm. In Mr. Jackson's case, Murray was negligent and woefully reckless in his treatment of the superstar, to such an extent as to justify the consideration of Murder Two, in my opinion, as his actions if one were to review them, was such that he demonostrateed a reckless disregard for human life, ie. Mr. Jackson's life, which is required to charge someone with Murder Two.

After you read the Murray trial transcripts, please let me know your educated thoughts in the matter.

Perhaps, we can look forward to your sense of humor over someone's untimely death when it pertains to one of your loved ones who have or will die. Please make sure that you inform us of such unfortunate events so that we have the opportunity to keep you laughing as we make jokes about them.

Couldn't have said it better, Jermaine. For those who think Murray should be released, I am certain that he will be in dire need of patient referrals. When the rubber meets the road, how many folks that support Murray would entrust him to their loved ones' care.
