TWO more alleged child abuse victims of Michael Jackson are preparing to file lawsuits against the late singer’s estate, it was revealed yesterday.

A legal source close to the singer’s family confirmed:“One is in the public eye, the other not. But they are both telling the same story of regular and repeated molestations.”

The claims come 10 days after top Hollywood choreographer Wade Robson launched his own legal battle for compensation from Jackson’s estate.

Australian Robson, 30, alleges he was “systematically” molested for seven years during his childhood at the Neverland Ranch, where he was a regular guest of the star.

The other two claim they too were subjected to “years of abuse”, according to the legal source, who added:“They are waiting to see what happens in the first action.

“Neither of them have made claims publicly before and neither were involved in Michael’s 2005 molestation trial.

“Personally, I believe they are simply trying to cash-in on the enormous wealth that has accrued since Michael’s death.”

Robson was a key defence witness in Jackson’s trial, at which the star was acquitted by a jury of seven counts of child molestation and two of administering “intoxicating agents” to a 13-year-old boy, in 2005.

He was also accused of molesting Jordie Chandler in 1993, whom he allegedly paid off.

Robson’s U-turn was attacked by Howard Weitzman, a lawyer for the Jackson estate who described his lawsuit as “outrageous and pathetic”, adding:“This is a young man who has testified twice under oath and said in numerous interviews that Michael Jackson never did anything inappropriate to him or with him.”

Robson’s lawyer Henry Gradstein countered:“My client has lived with the brainwashing of a sexual predator until the stress and burden of it finally crushed him.”

The fresh allegations have caused consternation among members of the Jackson family who are suing entertainment giant AEG over the singer’s death.

Don't know if it's true. It'll be interesting if it is.

Very interesting. I wonder who they are. Jimmy Safechuck? Jonathan Spence? Emmanuel Lewis? Corey Feldman? This is getting more and more interesting. F'loons and the Jackson family must be losing a lot of sleep, over this.

One is in the public eye? Emanuel Lewis? Sean Lennon? It could be anyone. What is certain is that none of this is surprising. The greed of the Jacksons cause them to overplay their hand and now it has backfired spectacularly.
This just the start of more to come.

My guess is that the non-public eye victim is Johnnie or James, but who knows? It could be someone we never heard of before.

Macaulay Culkin was the first name I thought of for the public eye one, but the article says it's not someone involved in the 2005 trial...

What about Emmanuel Lewis or Corey Feldman? They both spent "quality" time, with Pedo Pan, and they're in the public eye.

If it's Macauley Culkin, that will really stir the pot so to speak. But even with him Jackson f'loons could say Culkin is rich, but he wants to get richer.

I looked up the claims against MJ, and no one new has filed one yet.

Maybe the claims are under seal. Then again, Wade's claim was under seal, and somebody leaked it to the press. I suspect it may make other people a little more reluctant to step forward. I can only imagine how many death threats Wade has received.

Wade's hearing is June 6th. If a judge rejects a late claim from him, then no one else will bother to file, imo. It's not worth the harassment they'll get from the public.

Go to: lasuperiorcourt.org/civilcasesummarynet
Then search case number: BP117321

Wade's name shows up as a claimant. If someone new files, their name will show up too. Filing under seal doesn't seem to protect the name of the claimant, just the specifics of their claim.

If you click on the "Documents Filed" section, 5/01 was the last claim made against the estate, which is the date Wade filed.

TMZ knew Wade's claim had to do with sexual abuse because the pages that are available to the public say so....

What confuses me about his filing is who defendants Doe 1, Doe 2, and Doe 3 are. Why would there be three? Mesereau claimed lawyers often list "extra Does" in case more are added later, but page 4 of Wade's filing suggests their actual identities are in the sealed documents.

That is both interesting and sad. The three "Does" are definitely people who have been named, in the sealed documents. Not that I doubted you, but to see it in print drives it home, even more. I wonder who they could be. Jackson family members, who may have intimidated him? Jackson attorneys who kept him silent, all this time? Jackson assistants who kept him quiet? I can't help but speculate - is one his mother? Or perhaps he just broke contact, or she was forced to apologize.

When I looked at the link to complaints filed, I rolled my eyes at the number of cases filed by the Jacksons, over money. Somehow, I'm not surprised.

As an fyi, check a filing, dated 10/13/2010. The case is pending, and it's about genetic testing. Gee, I can't imagine what that's about. (Insert eye roll, here.)

I stand corrected on the genetic testing. It had to do with somebody claiming to be Michael's child.

I don't understand. Is Doe #1, Doe #2, and Doe #3 alleged victims or is Wade Robson making the claim they witnessed and covered up Michael Jackson's sexual molestation of Wade Robson???

Further to the certificate of merit from Dr David Arredondo attached to the court documents, this is the reason why:

(Code 340.1)
(h) Certificates of merit shall be executed by the attorney for the plaintiff and by a licensed mental health practitioner selected by the plaintiff declaring, respectively, as follows, setting forth the facts which support the declaration:
(1) That the attorney has reviewed the facts of the case, that the attorney has consulted with at least one mental health practitioner who is licensed to practice and practices in this state and who the attorney reasonably believes is knowledgeable of the relevant facts and issues involved in the particular action, and that the attorney has concluded on the basis of that review and consultation that there is reasonable and meritorious cause for the filing of the action. The person consulted may not be a party to the litigation.
(2) That the mental health practitioner consulted is licensed to practice and practices in this state and is not a party to the action, that the practitioner is not treating and has not treated the plaintiff, and that the practitioner has interviewed the plaintiff and is knowledgeable of the relevant facts and issues involved in the
particular action, and has concluded, on the basis of his or her knowledge of the facts and issues, that in his or her professional opinion there is a reasonable basis to believe that the plaintiff had
been subject to childhood sexual abuse.

__________

So it looks like a professional believes Wade. And Dr Arredondo is a *professional*.

Doe #1 is Jackson himself. Under the Civil Court rules,

"In any action subject to subdivision (g), no defendant may be
named except by "Doe" designation in any pleadings or papers filed in
the action until there has been a showing of corroborative fact as
to the charging allegations against that defendant." (subdivision (g) refers to the certificates of merit I posted above)

Does #2 and #3 could be anybody... again from section 340.1, this time (a)

(1) An action against any person for committing an act of
childhood sexual abuse.
(2) An action for liability against any person or entity who owed a duty of care to the plaintiff, where a wrongful or negligent act by that person or entity was a legal cause of the childhood sexual abuse which resulted in the injury to the plaintiff.
(3) An action for liability against any person or entity where an intentional act by that person or entity was a legal cause of the childhood sexual abuse which resulted in the injury to the plaintiff.

Inda, this is very interesting. So, perhaps his mother may be one of the "Does." She did owe a duty of care to the plaintiff and pimped him to Michael. How much money did Michael give her, for letting him have his way with her child? But the two remaining "Does" really could be anyone. My curiosity is getting the better of me.

I'm guessing it's more likely to be Jackson employees. A lot of them turned a blind eye to MJs activities. I remember the chilling description of when the Chandlers were picked up by limo to visit Neverland for the first time and MJ had Brett Barnes on his lap and was kissing his face and nuzzling his neck. The driver didn't bat an eyelid.
