Wacko was known to have secret cubby holes, tunnels and closets built through out Neverland to sexually abuse his victims. In fact, the rental home in Las Vegas just happens to have a secret tunnel.

Hmmmmmmm...

In the People magazine internet exclusive, it claims that Wacko raped Jimmy Safechuck hundreds of times in a closet that was located in his bedroom,

Things are definitely starting to get media coverage for the dead clown's pedophilia once again. I am sure the posthumous Xscape sales have decreased to next to nothing and will be completely gone from the Billboard 200 within the next few weeks. The clown's nasty deeds are finally crushing his struggling musical legacy.

Poor James. This statement is appalling.

"When he was around 25 years old, Safechuck was contacted by Jackson, who asked him to testify on his behalf in another criminal sexual abuse case. Safechuck alleges Jackson 'got angry and threatened him' after he refused to help."

So, Wackson tried to coerce James into lying, for him. I admire him for refusing to do it.

This is interesting, though.

"In 1993, Safechuck allegedly testified at the Jordan Chandler childhood sexual abuse trial, where Jackson said those claims 'were a complete extortion on the part of the Chandler family,' the papers say."

Michael settled with the Chandlers, to silence them and to prevent the criminal case from moving forward. Was James really contacted and did he really give such a statement? Or has this been fabricated, the same way Mesereau fabricated the Neverland Ranch wedding?

I'd like to know if somebody can find legal documents, from that period.

Safechuck is a cash cow, not a victim.

When he was around 25 years old, Safechuck was contacted by Jackson, who asked him to testify on his behalf in another criminal sexual abuse case. Safechuck alleges Jackson "got angry and threatened him" after he refused to help.

After seeing Wade Robson, whom he had met in 1993, file a lawsuit against Jackson for claims of childhood sexual abuse, Safechuck – who by then had a wife and newborn daughter – began meeting with a psychiatrist to deal with his anxiety.

The same anxiety Safechuck had when he was molested numerous times by Wacko, including in a bedroom closet. Safechuck had the right to refuse to lie for Wacko in a criminal sexual abuse case. Besides, even dead, Michael Jackson still has legal troubles concerning child molestation. That is very telling. It is still sticking to him like glue.

They both suffered anxiety just before they were about to sue? That's so ironic of them.

I assume that Wade and James knew each other as children and were probably even molested by the clown together. Since Wade confessed that he was abused to the media first, it may have triggered James anxiety, which caused him to come forward as well. Besides. it is now a civil action lawsuit against the estate. Wade Robson does not have to go with it alone. He has support from someone that experienced the same abuse. Wacko is dead. He can not be punished. It is all about getting down to the truth to educate other child molestation victims that might be afraid or unwilling to come forward. Michael Jackson was an evil clown.

According to the People article, Wade and James met around 1993 so yeah they knew each other from back then.

Strange that Safechuck has never stated that in the story even though he has claimed to have come out about the supposed abuse. Presumptions are not facts.

That is true. However, they might have known each other as children from being around Wacko. They seem to have a lot in common.

Why would that be strange when Wacko invited kids into his bedroom?

So they were supposed to be dancing with glee and cry shouts of joy when they were about to sue?

What exactly do sexual abuse victims do when they discover -likely for the first time in their lives- they consciously remember that they were raped as children? And why do they reluctantly want to testify about the abuse?

I gotta know from the trashheap of your knowledge, please.

Oh, and Pederfloon, what exactly, should be a just compensation award for victims of child sexual molestation? Do expound on the legal theory behind this nutty concept of awards, Pederphoon.

It will be interesting to see who else may come forward as time goes on, with the civil lawsuit in place. This could break the bank of the MJ estate. They certainly didn't make the money they were hoping to with the sales of the new album.

^ It's really Epic that is struggling to recoup its investment with that album. It's sold 1.2 million albums worldwide since its release but its budget might be more than how much it sold. People don't think about music releases like they think about the box office.

Rarely you ever hear how much a budget goes into creating a musical album and the only ones that you know anything about were TLC (who admitted that $3 million were put into creating their best-selling landmark album, "CrazySexyCool"), Sony (who claimed $30 million was used to create "Invincible") and Lady Gaga (though reports of $25 million being lost in the album are still debated right now).

I have a feeling the music industry creates a bigger illusion than the film industry because if anyone talks about the budget, it shows how much went into it and it goes far than to see an album selling a million worldwide.

I think that's the reason the estate created other projects outside of the actual music to keep the money going there. It will be interesting if more men do come out and announce they're looking at the estate to admit what the decedent did to them and their lives.

I wish poor Jonathan Spence would step forward. Given the nude photo of him, found during the raid, the Wackson Family probably prays he stays hidden. Only god knows what happened to him.

I just read an article regarding the status of the estate as of March of this year. Supposedly, there was $600 million in revenue (I'm assuming from all sources total). However apparently, the battle with the IRS continues with the Jackson estate. Allegedly, the Jackson's undervalued their assets and now owe the IRS $500 million in back taxes, plus $200 mil in penalties. Apparently, it was the Beatles catalog being valued at zero, when it is really worth $300 mil, that raised the red flag for the IRS. Not only is the IRS coming after the estate, but Katherine Jackson continues to spend money, paying $250,000 for ONE trip! Wow, that must have been some trip, huh? Now they might have to pay out millions to those that are coming forward with sexual abuse allegations. It sounds like they may be going broke!

I have a feeling that one of the main reasons they fear the child abuse civil cases by Wade Robson and Jimmy Safechuck (which were filed separately, not together like I originally thought, though they both are represented by the same attorney) is because they don't wanna waste money on defense so them going with the statute clause is telling and also they're not willing to defend MJ much other than say "well he's dead, what you want us to do about it?"

I did see that the IRS filed because of that Beatles catalog, which if the story's correct, would fully revert back to the surviving Beatles in 2018 (roughly four years away) and around that time that $250 million Epic deal would end a year beforehand. And who knows what will happen to Michael's own catalog in the future.

I'm not surprised MJ's family doesn't have much to say about the current child molestation allegations. They always did seem to turn a blind eye to his maladaptive behavior, all along. I'm sure they are worried about the money they will have to shell out for not only attorneys, but also to the victims, and we know how the Jackson's LOVE their money!

I'm sure, however, that the estate will continue to receive some sort of revenue from royalties, etc. Of course the children get a very hefty allowance and Katherine is spending it faster than they can make it, it seems.

Katherine Wackson spent $250,000 on one holiday? I hope the estate executors are smart enough to stuff money away, for his purchased children. Otherwise, there won't be a dime left, after the IRS snatches the amount owed, after Katherine burns through it, and after the Beatles catalog returns to its rightful owners.

Yes, I read that Katherine spent the very large sum on one trip! I wonder where she went and what they did for that amount of money? Right, they certainly can't rely on the sales from the last album to get them through, can they.

And she's the one who whined $23,000/per month wasn't enough to live on.

Yes, because I also read she spent a little more than that on just a place to rent monthly. Whoa!
