unbreakable

you are not alone

I think there shoulda been a video for 2000 watts myself so maybe I'm gonna make if you like the song also tell me. It was so good his voce was hot but it was really low I never have heard him sing like that before!

Favourites:

Jam
Wanna be startin somethin

(ps. I agree that he shouldn't fill his next album with complaints about the media, but a D.S. Part 2 would be kinda funny.)

is it the Tribute Concert to celebrate his life and his birthday [29/08/06]..isnt it on the 27th August?...To answer your question - no - NO ONE is planning on going!!(Joke)!! Ah!! What would you think? Id say it wil be SUPER well attended..Many and varied artists are said to be performing at it...but, it has been reported that the man himself will not attend..Still it is a nice idea..I suppose Martin Bashir will be pest-I mean Guest of honor!!!!!!!!!!

Can i just throw this statement out to the fans for a sec.

Ive been a fan of mj since I was 10 but I kind of went off him when I was in mid-teens a bit.Since last xmas Ive went mad on him again.Since xmas I have, everyday almost, listened to or looked at one of his dvd's or cd's.
I feel that no other music suffices,I find other music now boring. All I can listen to is mj.Did someone in the forum say something about brainwashing a while back?!

Maybe can I hear a bit of feedback.

No Whack, its not brainwashing..when you went off him for a while and the got back into him later..It proves he has something of VALUE to offer you and all you are doing is recognising that...I think it is a bonus that you are so definite about his music..Most people havent got that-they play music but are more casual about it, while driving etc..you KNOW what you want..I think you've got something special there-hang on to it AND reaise it..not everyone has that gift./ I love music..MJ has something special and IS something special...think its the ole"X factor'' a kinda mystery about him that keeps him ever new and exciting..thats a gift on its own!! In particular I love watching him perform/ I like variety too.My music goes by mood a lot..If Im driving late at night I like Gregorian Chant(of all things!!) and classical music/Sinead O'Connor singn "Nothing compares to you" is just special ( her version only)/ Fredi Mercury is AMAZING,I listen to him Very often..Lets hear other views on this- interesting to compare.(Have you ever heard of Mic Christopher?)

You know what I reckon. And Im blowing my trumpet here I know.I can play most instruments, have a very good ear and am very creative.I reckon ,just curious ,that you have a very similiar ability.Thats the reason I think why we like him so much.Am I digging a hole here?!

Ironic too that Queen is also one of my favourite bands,I also like metallica and foo fighters, but for just some reason mj is just a league above everyone else.Since listening to mj,Ive seen a different side to classical also.It annoys me when people listen to him casually!every note and word in his song is perfect and fits to that song.he definetly has some kind of unnatural talent if you know what I mean!

believe it or not If you would have asked me the same question,my reply would of been very similiar to yours.
never heard of mic christopher.who is he?

You spotted certain similarities..Like you say having a good ear is SO important,I have a very keen ear too,it helps appreciate all the subtle harmonies, voices, instruments,f or overall effect.. it allows more insight. do you agree? I used to think everyone had it but soon found out!! In SMOOTH CRIMINAL,the voices are so precise, its all pacey yet perfect. MJ has such clear diction too as in DIRTY DIANA and most. HE also has a VERY attrractive ''breath like'' quality which he uses in HUMAN NATURE and others/ You said listening to MJ showed you a new side to classical..Well, thats a double compliment-to Mj and yourself,it shows the depth in his music and how you are able to relate to and draw from it/BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY is a great favourite of mine.Il NEVER tire of it. Its a jewel! The fine harmonies, key changes,a blend of opera and rock..plus the Divine and versatile voice of Freddi!/ Yes, music is a gift,a friend ( sorry for rambling on, a fault of mine!)

yeah im rly excited, albeit a bit sceptical- the finer details of the event are shady; im worried that it'll just be one long video and a couple of amateur dances? sorry if thats too pessimistic!as much as i love mj, its just a lot of money!.does anyone know any details beyond what is said on the website?

overall effect, yes thats the word. Its like for e.g.mj's jam song.If you strip it down, its not much of a song, but as a whole it gives you shivers and makes you wanna dance.they dont care about us is one of my favs, its very different, the rythm is deadly,an attacking beat, and the message is clear and fierce.
Once ive started appreciating classical, I realised these composers are miles ahead of everyone else.
yes, bohemian rhapsody is a gem, work of art, never goes out of date. And his voice is amazing.ragin ,never got to see them though.

I wonder do you feel the same anger when you come across people who I refer to as "wallpaper musicians".there is two of a kind. The person who always picks the artist that is cool to look cool(i.e chilli's,greenday) and theres the other one who is into bands that no one ever hears about just to be cool, they feel strongly about their music but they just dont have a clue.
