Even tho wade denied any abuse even under oath, i believe THIS TIME, with Safechucks help, MJ is going down! Its just something in my gut that feels it.

I used to feel sorry for Katherine, but she jumped on the greed wagon too. Selling books....sheesh. And didnt they auction off mj stage costumes? Anyhow, if wade and James win, what will the floons do?

Still be floons?

Anybody else feel positive about them finally proving mj to b a kid fiddler?

I hope they do. And I also hope a few more men join them...

I mean, just on the fact the estate wanted to settle, they really don't want to go to trial about this but they may feel they have no other option.

Regardless of how things went down, I truly believe that at the end of the day, responsibility goes with the individual who puts themselves in the predicament to be accused of molestation. Michael Jackson never did help his cause.

All I wish for these men is that I hope this trial helps them in the healing process.

The big Jackson Empire is falling hard. At trial's end, should it get there, I'd rather see Katherine and Joe Jackson admit their part on the whole disaster in which they played key parts in. Even though the Estate claim has nothing to do with them, someone's going to ask.

Never gonna happen, though.

If the case gets thrown out, or if nobody gets a dime, you'll just say it's all because of "celebrity worship'.

Anything but admit that it's all nothing but complete bs.

Well, I've heard Wade has already rejected a settlement from the Wackson's, so it appears he is very much looking to expose Michael Jackson as the paedophile he was.

You clearly have a very vile and warped attitude towards anybody who has the courage to speak out against sex abuse, don't you. Is there something you want to tell us, Pedophone?

Excellent! Wade has stated that this isnt about the money. Hes so believable to me and it does take 20 yrs to process such trauma, esp if its wacko jacko!

Who called them the wacksons? Hahaha! Theyre all nutty! Im suprised mama wackson aint had a complete nervous breakdown w all this crap mj put her thru! And you guys are saying this trial may never see the light of day? How?

And badman, yes, lets hope more come forward to strengthen this case! Unfortunately bubbles is too dead to participate!:/

It is very telling that Wacko's estate wanted to quietly offer a laughable settlement to silence both Wade Robson and James Safechuck and were promptly turned down. Obviously, Wacko's latest victims to come forward do not want money. Mama Wacky Jacky would have just paid the settlements like when the clown paid Jordan Chandler with clauses in the contract. She could then be free to claim nothing ever happened. Unfortunately, Wade and Jimmy are refusing to make it easy for Wacko's tarnished estate. Once the hearing and trial take place, more dirt on the dead Michael Jackson will be exposed. That is just too bad.

I think Wade and Jimmy have a strong case. It is only wishful thinking that the case will be thrown out since Michael Jackson was accused of child molestation more than once.

Most likely, they will get a huge financial judgement against the Michael Jackson estate. Plus they can tell the world what a dirt bag Wacko was.

Too bad.

And if they win, you still won't believe MJ was a pedophile. You will blame it on trees and lies.

Very interesting news. For the estate to want to quietly settle with Wade and James speaks volumes.

Frankly, I don't think it matters whether they win or lose their cases. There is so much proof Michael molested young boys, that they refused a private settlement just makes Pedo Pan look even worse.

I just don't know what will compensate anybody for sexual abuse as a child.(Pedophone isn't saying)

Just to put a cherry on the top, they could even donate the awards to Missing and Exploited Children and make Mama Wacky whelp ever so much more over her loss.

I am surprised the court didn't relegate Katho into vexatious litigant category, after that outrageous $40 billion claim. Smack that liar around some more.

I also find it telling that the only thing the estate could say is that "it's 20 years too late" instead of fighting it regardless of what the judge decides. The damage has been done though. In fact it was done during MJ's lifetime but it's only gotten worse.

Implicit acknowledgement. Should be a red-flag to the remnant cult.

Continue to be in the mental fog, that's become their comfort zone for viewing MJ as a deity. They will blame the media crucify the judge and the courts for convicting a innocent man via the press. That pretty much will sum up their reaction.

Greedy Mama Wacky Jacky certainly does not want to have to part with any of Wacko's after death cash flow. But whatever judgement Wade and James might win from the estate, will never compensate for their sexual abuse from the hands of the clown. The important part is that Michael Jackson gets exposed yet again in a fully documented court of law. Of course, donating some of their awarded judgments to different children's causes shall add credibility to Wade Robson's and Jimmy Saafechuck's claims of child molestation. The mere fact that Mama Wacky Jacky shall definitely lose sleep over being forced to pay for her dead pedophile son's nasty deeds, pleases me. She deserves to be smacked around. Too bad.

She's a hideous mother for staying silent about Michael's insatiable appetite for young boys. She knew improper things were going on long before Jordan Chandler came into the picture. But she kept her mouth shut fully aware if she spoke up it was the end of the family gravy train and her family would be destroyed.
