These insurance people don't have a leg to stand on.

It seems strange that AEG, the group who took out the insurance policy on MJ, is now being dropped and the insurance company is instead attacking the deceased MJ.

It seems that it was AEG's responsibility to find out MJ's health state before they took out the insurance claim.

It sounds like an attempt on the part of AEG to cover-up their deceit after it was uncovered by the emails.

The spins continue...

But of course the haterz want to say that it is the MJ fans who are spinning things.

If anyone is liable, it should be Dr. Murray. He is the one who was found Guilty of manslaughter, after basically killing MJ with his experimental dangerous medical treatments, and without proper equipment and with negligence.

But, of course, Dr. Murray has no money, so they attack MJ.

That's childish.

I wish the claim hadn't been dropped because it would have shown just how ruthless AEG are, and it would also have shown just how much of a liability Wacko was.
I suppose the estate paid AEG off in order to keep the emails private. Probably wise on their part because there isn't much more damage that Wacko's reputation can take.

When you stop acting like a boy. Perhaps when you get over your crush on Wacko?
