In the last 10 years, allowing dogs to roam OFF LEASH has become normal in the open Marin hills. This is a massive violation to the space and it's creatures. The owners are "new breed" unto themselves. They are little half-Nazis. I saw a big black dog jump up ON an old man who feel backward. The owner was...amused.
Why does the MMWD allow this ...when before they clearly did not.
Why have their standards been LOWERED.
This Hetfield is just a blip...the real issue is dog intimidation!
Message to ridgetop dog owners...I have a special DOG TASER that shoots 5 prongs simultaneously and yes i WILL zap any dog that is unleashed and gets within 10 feet of my person. Leash it or risk......the ZAPPER!!! HAAAAAHAAAAAA!!!!!!!

Yeah, like the Knights weren't growing their own pot up in the San Geron hills.

Hetfield has long worked with Marin to be a good citizen. He was annoyed by the vandalism and probably wanted leverage to build a larger house & studio, so this gave him a little leverage. Good for him. In the end, it is a win win for all.
