Twisted neck feeling during meditation.

I use many meditation/relaxation techniques but I seem to get to a point where, say, it is as if I am the colour blue/purple, and can't differentiate any part of my body, almost as if I am out of it and above.
However, eventually, I get a feeling like my neck/head area is twisted, while I am still sitting down meditating. Eventually, when I return to the normal state I find that my head is still level, and is most definitely not twisting.
I have no physical ailments that would make me feel like this.
It is really weird, as the actual mind state that I am in, is as if I am at complete bliss, yet, for some reason, there is this twisting feeling.
Any ideas what is happening?
Why does my mind/body think that it is twisting?

I am having the same twisting feeling. I found this looking for the reason why. If anybody could tell me I would appreciate it.
