I was very impressed with your insight as to the number of children that are truant in the elementary grades. I am a facilitator for the Victim Offender Reconciliation Program in Chattanooga, TN. and we deal with mostly shoplifters under the age of 18 and we are working to help them become responsible citizens of our community through reconciliation with the managers of the stores that they stole from. We have a 97% success rate here in Chattanooga. Also, I feel your information will be invaluable to the Foster Care Revue Boards in their interest in getting our youth back on the right track.
