I remember hearing someone quote Martin Luther King Jr. once and the general point of the quotation was to highlight the inherent justice that occurs when race is used in the law to allow for different treatment of citizens.
I have been trying to find the specific quote and speeh it came from but no luck. Could someone point me in the right direction?
