Send the nice big check to the driver!

The kennel should have had insurance.

I have used this kennel a few times over the last year, and it was clean, my dog was fed and happy. he had a place to exercise. I hope martha sends this kennel a nice big check since she is loaded so they can rebuild. and for all you "oh rescue a shelter animal" people....yes, it a shame for all those homeless animals. these people were not "overbreeding" chows. there is a demand for these pups. they are not a lancaster puppy mill.

This is the equivalent of a person who is about to win the lottery jackpot dying right before he wins it. That dog was going to live the good life....

1. This is old news.
2. RESPONSIBLE dog breeders don't overbreed their dogs or breed dogs that have congenital problems. Most of the time their dogs do not end up in shelters because they are sold with a contract stating that any dog that cannot be kept by the new owner can be returned to the breeder.
3. Let's not forget the man who is in the hospital or the dogs that are also still in the hospital. The anguish and pain they are enduring must be immeasurable. Happy thoughts and prayers for speedy recovery to all.

I wonder who is starting a fund for the poor delivery man?
Sad for thedogs to die. However the human tragedy is something that should be getting the coverage and outpouring of public support.

Its stories like this that make me not want to buy the Mcall, a total waste of $.75 cents spend a quarter more and get the NY Post. Much better newspaper with less crap than the mcall.
Don't forget the TWO days worth of "news" stories about the kid asking his girlfriend to the
prom. I think I'm gonna ask MC for my money back.

I think the news reporter should have done a better article on the NUMBER OF VOLUNTEERS WHO RISKED THEIR LIVES TO SAVE THOSE DOGS AND ALSO THE DRIVER OF THE PROPANE TRUCK WHO WAS INJURED WITH BURNS AND STILL MANAGED TO THROW SOME DOGS OVER THE FENCE, DON'T WORRY ABOUT THE CELEBRITY!!!

What a travesty that Martha, a criminal and former prison inmate gets publicity because of a tragedy!

My heart and prayers go out to the man who was hurt, the dogs and all involved, and the heck with Stewart!

Hey sorry what about a fund for the Delivery man he is still listed as Critical, who is going to pay all his bills from the Hospital stay. People are not looking at this in the right view, animals before a human life, soory people need to put this into perspective, and what about lost wages of the Volunteers responding, or the amount of foam they used to extinguish the fire, who is going to pay for all of that.4372

There is no such thing as a responsible dog breeder. With dogs being killed all the time because there are too many, anybody breeding dogs with a pedigree for money is adding to the problem.
