I agree that bloggers should not be creating facts. Nor should the MSM. Nor should columnists like Ms. Goodman.

Justwondering but, which of Ms. Goodmans statements aren't facts?

She's lame at the starting gate, since she doesn't give examples of when the "right wing" have been absolutely correct, and they have.
So she just gives an excellent example of really bad reporting by a spent-out hack writer with a childish political agenda, who is likely so neurotic, she doesn't even see it.
Good journalism requires citing both sides of an issue, as balanced as the reporter's sensibilities will allow. She's not even trying.
And that's why she's a talentless hack. What's sad in this case is the poor girl doesn't even know it.

Ok, so it's your turn. Give us all an example of when a right wing myth, turned about to be factual.

Second, she's not reporting a story. she's commenting on a trend. Perhaps you should have a basic idea of how journalism works before you open your yap about it's not being done right. just a thought.

Yeah, robert g. blahblahblah, EXACTLY which "facts' did she create for her piece? Be very specific or shut it...for a welcomed change.

Cairo,

Why don't you shut it for a "welcomed change?" Everyone is tired of your insults. If other people's opinions bother you so much, just quit reading and commenting on it. Go back to your Seattle newspaper which you claim to be the best.

What is the difference between expert opionion and actual facts? How about repeating the mistakes of the past! How about the arrogance of ingorence that democrats display! How about the lack of respect democrats have for any religlion that uses any part of the Holy Bible! How about this self-distructive mental agenda; Tattoos, body rings, and other punk behaviors, that demand to be accepted as normal! Anti-Death Penalty and Pro-Choice agenda that preach life is not sacred and neither is civilization! Remember the Roman Empire still exists in the minds of this crowd!

You are the problem voting for beauty queens like Ellen Goodman and Bonnie Lowenthal, if looks could kill they both would be in GITMO!

I have no idea why he is ALWAYS so insulting, but just in case you were wondering what Joe Cairo looks like, I've attached his website at the below link with his picture in it.

Facts are facts and hey can be spun by both the far left and far right to fit whatever agenda they're pushing this week.

Unfortunately, there are those to the extremes on both sides to whom truth is a pest. When a fact gets in the way of their ideology, the fact is tossed aside as so much garbage.

As an aside, Mr. Ruehle, what was the point in posting joecairo's photograph? I seldom, if ever, agree with him, but was there a point to the posting? If so, please enlighten me.

Now come back and tell us how teen "fist-F***ing" is a good idea to be teaching our kids, while we have a laugh at your expense... again.

You have it backwards, brainiac. First they are presented as facts, not myth. That's what's going on in your silly mind. The "fact" of Obama never showing an actual birth certificate is still in play, because an actual birth certificate has never been produced. I don't believe he wasn't born in Hawaii, btw, but it is odd that liberal wagons are circled and drawing out the issue when producing a valid birth certificate would have stopped the story right away. The liberal "myth" of 9/11 being in inside job hatched by Bush is still going strong, along with the "diversity is strength" myth, and the "anyone against illegal aliens are racist" myth that libs continue to empower simply so they can have cheap nannies and gardeners.
On the other hand, new facts regarding lib mental instability continue, such as the recent advocation of teen "fist-f***ing" by Obama's "Save Schools Czar."I suppose his sensibilities should be obvious, since before holding this post, he was the Director for the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network. I suspect he'll be handing in his resignation momentarily, after the major news outlets are shamed into reporting the story:

http://biggovernment.com/2009/12/07/fistgate-...

Watch the vid in which he explains how teens should approach safe-sex "Fisting":

In the meantime, I guess we can thank god for bloggers. After all, if not for them, Newsweek would have refused to print the story on Clinton, and he might have never been impeached.

Most of the Bloggers are patriots who have no voice in California. So sad. It is hard for some to believe but not every Californian agrees with Pelosi/Sacramento/ and City Hall that "America is an awful place and must be destroyed".

Who is running the show over at the White House. First a couple of idiots traipse right past the Secret Service to get to Obama, and now we have a School Czar promoting the art of "fisstingg" to 14 year olds?
Does he HAVE a staff over there? Did they BOTHER doing a background check on this perverted imbecile?

Cairo has been all over the PT blogs the past couple of days insulting people and calling them names. Doing so is easy when you think people don't know who you are. Sometimes it helps people to be a little more courteous if they are a less anonymous.

I dunno, resorting equally obnoxious tactics doesn't do much to establish one's credibility. joecairo's words speak for themselves, I don't need his photograph to dislike his personal attacks.

Oh well...

The "Big Government" blog is for Drudge-reading racist dummies. It's "compiled" by a pajamas-wearing unmarried right wing radical who looks kinda like a conservative version of Michael Moore. He only picks stories which support an anti-science, anti-black, anti-working class agenda.

One more thing-Only a true idiot thinks Obama is not a citizen. These paranoid birthers are rightfully seen as a joke by most people. I laugh at their stupidity.
