Total crap. The EPA certainly was designed for action on pollutants (and CO2 as a GHG is a pollutant when it causes climate change) and already has the investigatory and regulatory framework. But that doesn't mean that States should not drive the EXTENT of the regulation by backing action. There is just too much chance of another -anti-science- group getting into power so states MUST have a voice that will carry the momentum.

this clean air act is to downgrade the USA and send our hard earned money to third world nations, creating a one world government!!!

Obviously you aren't paranoid. You probably do have enemies.

But of course, your logic requires that only third world countries have or can develop clean energy. A ludicrous assumption. Germany, for example, has produced a turbine for power generation with double the efficiency of US technology. So the third world isn't who you are competing with. Not that I think competition is bad in itself or that the US doesn't deserve to lose it.

The capitalist already own the world. National governments are just trying to restrain the greed and misery caused by serving them. Some think that the worlds elite actually have a formal executive, meeting under cover of the "Bildberger club" but frankly I think that they work more like individual city states or warlords.
