Losing a job is never easy -- but if you end up receiving unemployment -- how would you feel if the government required you to take random drug tests in order to keep receiving those benefits? "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.["

Where is the probable cause? Lose a job through nio fault of your own and get treated like a criminal! Typical rethug class warfare!
