Metallica, Run-DMC in Hall of Fame

Metallica shoved the mosh pit into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Heavy metal's heaviest hitters, whose menacing, monstrous sound has banged heads around the globe for decades, were inducted into rock's shrine on Saturday night, capping a star-studded ceremony that felt much more like a concert than an awards show.

I would have loved to have been there for that!!!

I find the Rock and roll hall of fame to be a fraud. How can a rap group, Run DMC, get in before Rush? There are many great rock bands that are deserving and they vote in a rap group. It is like the Football hall of fame voting in a baseball player because he watched football.

I don't think inducting Run DMC was a great idea, but Metallica's induction was well deserved.
