Michael Lohan's girlfriend won't seek stay-away order

Michael Lohan, father of actress Lindsay Lohan, faces misdemeanor charges of aggravated harassment after Erin Muller, 34, of Medford, filed a police report March 18, saying Lohan told her in a phone call that day "he would kill her and himself" if Muller left him, the Suffolk County district attorney's office said.

Why does this clown get such a slap on the wrist for his harassment while a joe-sixpack would get three years probation and more? She called the authorities to get him away from her and now she will not pursue an order of protection? NY State should slap a mandatory order for them both to stay away and for Mike's daughter to take her top off!
