You've obviously never seen GTLO live then. The kids in the band you refer to can play alright, but not note for note, the look doesn't matter to true fans of Led Zeppelin's music - and the drummer looks worried in the video - which Bonham never did. The energy that comesThere are many great Zeppelin tribute bands out there. The problem with almost all of them is that they are so old. It's like going to see what Zeppelin would have been like in their late 30's to early 50's. The only tribute I know of in the world that has members the right age and look of Zeppelin in the late 60's to the early 70's is The Led Zeppelin Show. They have the look but most of all they have the energy to do it right. http://www.theledzeppelinshow.com
off of the stage at a "Get The Led Out' concert is tops, and even these kids can't beat it - just like they could never beat the energy that Zeppelin had at the O2 reunion concert - when Zeppelin was in their 60s! They are more worried about the look than the music, which should be first. Maybe in 20 years they will "get" Zeppelin's music, but right now they are just another look alike band trying to cash in on the legacy of Led Zeppelin's music. A decent bar band at best. Should write their own music. Nice try Though!
