The year was about July 2000, during the day, I Gloria Guerra was walking down the street and I saw a friend at the time name Olive. Olive an Indian woman was drunk and I tried to help her by holding her up. I notice a white middle age man in a light brown truck making a turn and parking across the street near the US Bank, near Webster Street. I notice the man getting out of his truck and walking. Olive and I walked inside the Shamrock bar on Webster Street in Alameda. I sat down, and the man sat one stool away from me. He asked me if he could buy me a drink, I said yes. He got up and sat next to me. The bartender places the beer on the counter. He was drinking his beer. He was talking to me about himself for sometime. I happen to ask him what he did for a living, he said he was an actor and he acted for a long time. He told me his name was Kevin. He had remarked about having me loosen my blouse. He had fondled my breast; he placed his hand on my private and fondles me. I had to remove his hand from my private. After I removed his hand from my private, he looked at me and did not say a word. He got up and walked out of the bar. I notice when I went outside, he was walking really fast and went inside the truck and drove off.

On 2000: Shawn Butler was a witness, he saw Kevin Costner talking to me at the Shamrock bar.

On 2005: I tried to file with the Alameda Police Department with officer Chuch #32; he did not submit any report. Marlene Chadbourne was a witness when I tried to file the complaint.

I decided to file this complaint with the Alameda Police Department for an investigation.

I just saw Kevin Costner at the Field of Dreams in Dyersville, IA........what a genuine, unpretentous (sp?)guy. He took the time to play ball with kids & meet & greet a lot of his fans.....He could have easily not done any of this!...coulda played w/ his band & moved on....but he didn't. He made the Netflix event!

I would like an opportunity to dispel any negative rumors about Kevin Costner. I've followed his movies and been one of his biggest fans for years. I think he is a talented actor/director/producer and from what I've witnessed, an upstanding, charming man. I had an awesome opportunity to see him at the BMW Charity Golf Championship in Greenville, SC that he has played in the past 5 years.(Please keep in mind that this is something that most celebrities wouldn't even take the time to bother with...) but he takes time out of his busy schedule each year to give back to a community that loves him dearly. He took the time to meet/greet with several fans on the golf course and played a concert afterwards. I was able to get an authograph and a picture with him which I will always cherish. He was very charming with all of the fans and presented himself with the utmost respect and dignity. I think you Kevin-bashers need to get a life of your own and leave him alone! I, for one, cannot wait to see him in The Guardian!
