Don't kick out just the judges, KICK OUT ALL INCUMBENTS. We still don't have property tax reform, we still have overpaid pigs at pheaa, we still did NOT get the money back that the legislators ILLEGALLY procured for themselves. When you give money to a charity you also earn a federal tax credit, but to date no legislator has even mentioned getting back the illgotten gains.

What a laugh! Tossing out years of experience!
The only qualification any GOOD judge needs is a genuine understanding of the constitution and to uphold it is his court room.
I say kick out all the bumb lawyers....

Lucky me, you are so far off!
The folks fighting arent liberals!
They're are fiscally conservative.
However, if u followed this from the start.it is also a question of the pay raise being 'legal".
Now, your excuse..you could take your seat in the corner Dont forget the dunce hat!

The voters would be making a big mistake if they vote "no" on retention. let them try it, they will pay dearly.

Interesting statement from a must be an impersonator of the Governor of Pennsylvaniaís wife. I donít think a sitting Governorís wife would make a retaliation statement against the people of his state. I think the guys a fool but he is not stupid enough to let his wife make this kind of public statement.

FYI, I am my own person, and my husband has no authority over what I say or do.

Andy Susko , President of the PA Bar Association .
Of all the people that know how crooked the judges in Pa are it should be you.
Gone are the days when you could lock someone in a mental ward in the hospital and give them a competency hearing . Just for writing a letter to the president of the bar Assoc. and telling him all his lawyers are legal thieves.
You'll be gone and so will a lot of your fellow judges.

This entire thing is stupid. The judges followed PA state law in upholding the pay raise. Whether the pay raise was valid or not, the state law said they could not repeal it.

These efforts should be focused on thos e judges that made poor decisions and those that protect people like the state supreme court judge that protected DeNaples last week.

A bunch of poor liberals who are mad that someone gets a chance to make more money than them because they earned it. Oh I forgot, in a liberal utopian society it's not about earning your reward, it's about receiving equal handouts. Let's hope MR Stilp drives that bus right into the Susquehanna.

It is not liberals wanting to not retain the judges. People that are mad that they took an illegal pay raise, did not enforce the constitution themselves.
