Keith Urban vs. Kenny Chesney: You may choose only one

Saturday night, I caught Keith Urban and Kenny Chesney on Chesney's Poets and Pirates Tour at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia.

Saw this title on the day news and couldn't resist. Of course, I would say Keith Urban all the way! I have seen Kenny C and enjoyed his concert but there is NO COMPARSION when it comes to Keith Urban. He can put on a performance with style. He is so talented and brings you in as if he were singing to you alone. Lost for words to decribe Keith, his music and songs.
So how about you?

keith show would be just great if he would stop thanking his wife for every darn thing. i mean really enough is enough. Do it in private if that is what you want to do. it makes him look weak. i say Kenny all the way !!!!!

I'm sure Keith is very greatful for his wife standing by his side through thick & thin but your right he does seem to thank her over & over.
Kind of a Tim & Faith lovefest, it gets old!!

He is also in a very happy place in this life right now.

Well after afting seen Keith for the first time, in Nashville~ I'd have to say than man is supremely talented. Difficult to sing like he does and play an awesome guitar! He is one heck of an entertainer and I was blown away, as several of us Kenny fans were.
We were there, of course to really see Kenny, but the artists he put together for this tour really rocks! I was not a big fan of LeAnn or Gary before, but after seeing them live, they really know how to put on a show!
This was the 8th time I've seen Kenny (first stadium) and I have to say as much as I love him and his music~the other performers sound was incredibly, but his voice sounded too high. Not sure what the problem was, however I've seen him when he sounded incredible. As far as the performance, Kenny still has the stage presence~
haven't seen Keith enough to know yet, however first performance was AWESOME! He only thanked Nicole once and I thought that was very sweet,(she did deliver their first child 48hours after that show!)

OOH Wilmington- lovely place !!! They do a lot of filming near Wilmington. It is beautiful there, my ex lives near there.( eeks) Very tourist- and many lovely homes there, but still retains natural beauty.. it is just very expensive. Carolina Beach and Kure Beach are also near there; they are less expensive that Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach.
One good thing about NC- where I am- its almost 5 hrs to Wilmington (coast) and 3 hrs to Asheville (Smoky Mountains) so you can escape quickly to your choice on a day trip..

Just picked up a lite summer book. "Dear John" by Nichoals Sparks. Trying to encourage little one to do some reading before school starts back. Use to work for a timeshare corp, everyone loved to travel to NC. Sounds lovely! Never did stay at the timeshare in Ashville but went through the Smokey Mountains on the way to SC ( Edisto Island)... much love

Just saw the Pirates and Poets show at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, MA. I went ONLY because of Keith Urban playing that show! Now, after seeing Keith for the 5 time and Kenny Chesney for the 1st... There is absolutely NO comparison!!!!!! Keith wins hands down!!! Kenny isn't even close to being the live performer that Keith is!!!

Saw them both at Ford Field! Keith was the true star and entertainer of the year!
Could hardly understand Kenny as he was running around slapping hands like an adhd child....we left after 4 songs that all sounded the same.

No one compares- I have been to so many concerts and no one can come near Keith as an entertainer- he just pulls you right in and you can't help but have a great time-- and is he ever a cutee!! Just go to one concert I am telling you-- you will be
following him all over the place.

But to each his own I prefer Kenny and you prefer Keith. The way you feel about Keith I feel about Kenny.

I so agree, although Keith and Kenny are friends.
Kenny is a great ringmaster to bring all the artists together... but Keith puts on a better show himself by himself than Kenny. Just personal preference, but a Keith concert is to die for!!!!
