My friend and tennis buddy, Billy Edd Wheeler, wrote "Jackson". He recorded it first as a duet with Joan Hunter on one of his earliest albums.

Later recorded by Nancy Sinatra and Lee Hazelwood, it didn't become legendary until Johnny and June recorded it.

The rest is history!
