I agree it was the best decision. I had tickets to the show but even after digging out my driveway I could not have got on the roadways even if it was allowed. Bon Jovi made all the fans happy, they took care of the lucky ones who made it to the casino and also looked out for the ones who couldn't. It was win/win situation.
