I saw the concert and loved every minute of it. Cody Childs and his trio were fantastic. The songs they performed brought back memories of Johnny Hartman's melodious baritone and swinging classic songs. Cody Hilds rendition of Lush Life, In the Wee Small Hours ..., They Say It's Wonderful, and Sleepin Bee were just so beautiful. The auditorium was packed with Johnny Hartman fans who were taken on a joyous journey to yesteryear with Cody Childs' beautiful velvet toned baritone voice.I am now a definite fan of Cody Childs.
