Many of them did commit terrible crimes; but once they "payed their prescribed debt" ... they have to live somewhere ... all together ... maybe?

When are murderers, aggravated A & B & repeat DUI's offenders have to register? Do they not pose a threat?

I wish they would differentiate from real sex offenders and not report/criminalize: people caught short taking a leak in public but not wanting to offend anyone - lack of washrooms, bladder issues, etc.; teens who are young lovers and one is slightly under age and one is slightly over age but the relationship is consentual; parents who take pictures of their young kids in the bathtubs - in my day that was normal. Also, people who were once married to each other and claim sexual abuse - we really don't know do we. Of course, put in the serial killers, psychopaths, etc. - this will help people avoid certain areas.
