US Senate defeats Guantanamo Bay trials restrictions

The US Senate voted Thursday to defeat a measure that would have blocked five Guantanamo Bay detainees accused of plotting the September 11, 2001 attacks from getting trials in federal courts.

The percentages of independents that switched from hot air and socialism to facts and reality on Tuesday was greater than the mass migration that bought the 1994 republican takeover of congress. The only danger the conservatives have is to not let the likes of Lindsey Graham try to take over the party again and put us on the liberal tax and spend route that Bush adopted in his last two years.
