While Hillary Clinton battles Barack Obama on the campaign trail, a judge in Los Angeles is quietly preparing to set a trial date in a $17 million fraud suit that aims to expose an alleged culture of widespread corruption by the Clintons and the Democratic Party.
At the conclusion of a hearing tomorrow morning before California Superior Court Judge Aurelio N. Munoz, lawyers for Hollywood mogul Peter F. Paul will begin seeking sworn testimony from all three Clintons – Bill, Hillary and Chelsea – along with top Democratic Party leaders and A-list celebrities, including Barbra Streisand, John Travolta, Brad Pitt and Cher.
Paul's team hopes for a trial in October. The Clintons' longtime lawyer David Kendall, who will attend the hearing, has declined comment on the suit.
The Clintons have tried to dismiss the case, but the California Supreme Court, in 2004, upheld a lower-court decision to deny the motion.

Rhode Islanders. Please do your internet research on Obama. The press is giving him one free ride.

First look up Rezko (Syrian)
Second Michelle Obama's thesis (on black studies)
Third: Farrakhan connections

Also, his is a pandering hypocrite.

MY BABY DADDY:
Obama is a pandering hypocrite. South Side of Chicago holds a Bud Milliken Parade. At one point- michelle obama appeared waving on top of an escalade, she was wearing torn jeans, a crumpled semi dirty t-shirt half tucked in and out- and her hair was crazy undone- then she made a small speech- and actually referred to barak as her "baby daddy" (not baby's daddy even you'll notice)

some of the crowd bought it- but i thought it was really over the top in the way of pandering, as i knew she was going to a state dinner that evening and can only assume her demeanor and dress would morph accordingly.

hillary herself on one of her plane interviews, said that no one can say they have the experience dealing with a 3AM crisis unless they've been president. That's in a nutshell people. One of the sunday morning talk shows said she is counting EverYThing she has done since graduating from college as her experience. I am sure it is ALL relevant to the presidency (not) And keeps repeating "35 years, 35 years" like it is some kind of mantra. An example of 'if you say a thing enough times people will believe it's true' Don't forget when it comes to all the programs she proposes only CONgreSS can make them reality anyway so how are her promises superior to Obama's "empty rhetoric"? billary put the crown down!

Let us not forget that Hillary's husband, Bill, is a disbarred attorney, having relinquished his law license on the last day of his presidency as part of a deal resulting from his lying under oath in the Lewinsky scandal. Hillary then writes a book, makes $10,000,000.00 and you want more of the same? Wise up.

Easy, Obama's rhetoric IS empty.

Next question:?

VOTE HILLARY! GO HILLARY! At least a Muslim will not be in the White House ... isn't that a "chilling" thought???

"Patriot", Obama is an empty suit, good speechs and no solutions, as Mondale used to say, "Where's the beef", there is none. Vote anybody but Obama.

For Hillary the end justifies the mean. This is a classic plagirism by Hillary of "Classic Political Ad: Daisy Girl (1964)" that you can find here on youtube;the politic of fear to get elected...

There is not way I would not vote for Obama. He is head and shoulders about any candidate we have had in a very long time. there is a reason he has appeared out of nowhere at this time and in this place. He will be an awesome president. He has gotten Americans back into the political process and that's the best thing of all.

obfious, you have decided to remain ignorant and that'sokay. But please do not try the Hillary tactic of minimizing Mr. Obama simply becuase Hillary can't beat him. You should take a look at their records in the senate. Not one of her bills has mde it to law. Three of his has. She is all talk and no action. No bills passed. ask those in NY about her promise of 200,000 jobs that never materialized. They actually lost 100,000. If you like promises with a side of hot air. Hillary is for you. OBAMA 08

Why do people flaunt their ignorance like this? Obama is not a Muslim. Muslim culture is such that anyone who denies it in public will immediately be executed. He has denied it in public. He is not Muslim. Grow up people!

23 senators voted against the war. Hillary was not among them. She has never owned up to that critical vote. We can not afford to elect a president that refuses to hold themselves accountable.

What about "NV's or "present". Is that accountability?

[Hey, Mr. or Ms. Buffalo Grove. Do you think it's really credible that you were watching the Bud Billiken parade on the South Side of Chicago? Right!
