My bad, Hardy's the defense atty. for Roger Clemens, I believe. It's hard keeping up with who's who.... Can anyone imagine Clemens and Edwards sharing a room at the same country club Fed.Med. facility? What a script for a movie.

Another case of 'if you'd just kept your mouth shut'. Too bad Martha didn't have someone telling her to stfu too. The 5th is effective if utilized.

Oh pahleeeez! They have the Hotel generated receipts from the stays at the 4star places he shared rendezvous with a world class gold digger that had him hooked even while he denied his baby and the affair.

Bunny and Fred came running, with cash "For the benefit of America", not for the benefit of Johnny, His family, or his fluzzy, etc. You can say he didn't know about it, but I'd bet the jury thinks he knew what side of his bread was buttered.

If it's benefiting America, it's campaign donations that should've been reported as such.

A side bar, he could've used a Superpac to fund his illicit affair now that the Subpremes allowed Corps. and PACs to purchase the office of the POTUS with unlimited funding.

It doesn't matter that he had an affair, who's money he spend, if he is a weasel or what ever. All that matters if (I) Donors intended money as campaign contributions and (II) Edwards knew they were canpaign contributions.

Neither is true and neither element of the crime was proved beyond a reasonable doubt. So nothing else matters

FYI there was a guy in CT, Frank Rocco, last Mov that the Feds. Barged him with 56 felony charges. All bullshit. Jury acquitted him of all charges. The Gov prosecutors and agents make it a habit of lying so they can appear justified in the actions.
Wake up and smell the coffee. The Gov does what ever it wants and they erode our rights a little more every day.

You're so wrong. The man was dishonest with investigators, ie. Obstructed Justice. That's the easy one. The proverbial 'Ace in the Hole'. He's looking at 6 felonies, and as much as 30yrs. He may skate on a couple or a few even, he don't walk out the door though a free man. imho, but OJ, and MJ were both guilty as sin too, and they walked.

Your constitutional right to free expression can have you detained indefinitely without arraignment or trial. How's that for FREEDOM!

Please don't believe what the federal investigators say. They lie as much as the prosecutors.
